I had intended to do a remake of the old Netherlands guides this week, and you probably can use this to get those achievements. The problem with that was I just thought I could do something more than just the achievements, just didn't know what. Then I realised this would be possible and it all clicked together. Which ngl, is always great when I have moments like that.

7:20 Fun fact: you don’t have to deploy your colonial units in the colony, you can deploy them in your home states it won’t show the green lines but you’re still able to do so (ik it was for Oman but still it’s something not a lot of people know)

Funny enough, just the other day I was attempting to go fascist as America without falling into a civil war (since I know you could go communist without falling into a civil war, and I wanted to explore the fascist alternative to that) and accidentally encountered the war goal expiration event which boosted the fascist support over 50% before the elections in 1940. I thought it was a neat little discovery at the time, but didn't really think about it in the broader scope that this is actually kinda broken if you play a nation that isn't able to hire ideology advisors freely.

Most cursed title ever. Anyway good job. One wish. Could you try Trotsky path, while getting Alaska, puppeting all around you, aswell as China and Japan, then autonomous soviet republics, relesing all your "core" puppets and then finish it with Comecon, in reasonable time ? I managed this but it was 1944 and late game isnt so enjoyable for me.

I find that getting a mod that limits how many divisions a nation can have based on being a major nation or not makes late game much better because the ai doesn't just make thousands because possible. means equipment is infinite but that is something I've been looking for on a mod that is actually good.

Could you try to do the New Home of the Revolution achievment as mexico and maybe also the revenge of Montezuma. I am trying to Do that in one run but I am always Falling because the us is joining the allies all the time

I imagine you might be able to flip communist faster if you rush for the fighting pacifism focus (when historical ai is off of course). One of the decisions gives 5% communism support.

Has PDX patched this? I let several war goals expire now and still haven't gotten the Weak Foreign Policy event fire. Tried on both minor countries in Africa and majors (Sweden in my game). I don't think it should only work on China and Japan now. That would be oddly specific

I think it makes it easier to take justified on states in peace deals. Other than that, nahh

This exploit doesn't work for France. I tried to create EU from fascist France. I reached 95% of democratic support yet I wasn't able to flip into democracy.

bit.ly/3Qvfv0F - The post, that I referred to in this video explaining how it all works. I was always aware of it, just didn't expect this to come up again. "Also if the referendum is disabled after a ideology flip. I.e with France it generally doesn't work. Plus you will need atleast 0.01% support cause if your 100% support the -5% will go nowhere."

Because we all like to play the game differently, it isn't your place to tell me not to use it. it's still playing the game, just what we find fun in the game is different.

Order 66 is fun. In my opinion, if it could happen in real life, it's an exploit I am willing to do. Glitching more manpower from airplanes? Yeah, unrealistic. But backstabbing an ally by having your troops in their lands and then going to war with? Possible and happened before.

@@aidenbooksmith2351 I can respect order 66 but there are plenty of exploits in here that are not realistic. I too remember when all the great powers of the world sent thier entire weapons stockpile to a future enemy to fuel a war they are easily able to win. If your using that as a justification it is rather lacking
