History of Magic with the ghost professor is another but it's already confirmed in this trailer) as subjects we can take. Some wand showcasing would have been nice since wands are as unique as their wielder.

@@BenjaminSnow Can't wait for your vid on the breakdown. One thing I think is worth noting is in the scene with the charms classroom, when the camera focuses on the MC and their friend, if you look on the wall at the back you can see all the types of spells we may possibly learn!

They must have been reading our comments and watching our videos bro. This is everything I've seen people hope for in the game and more. Personally a bit bummed out they didn't show wands in any way but hopefully we get more vids over the year.

@@craigerz2875 I'm kinda bummed about that too, and that they didn't actually say why/how we're entering Hogwarts as a 5th year, but I'm kinda hoping they've decided to leave those two things for when we actually have the game in our hands. Also, I know Benjamin got excited at the prospect of wand customizations, but personally unless it's something like we get to have a hand in creating our wand, I don't think that should be done, a wand is not something that can be modified, altered, decorated to receive buffs, it's the witches or wizards most important tool and as such it's not to be messed with, so unless it's what I said about creating it ourselves, or MAYBE having runes carved into it, it should be one wand for the entirety of the game with no modifications, in my opinion 😂

@@knightofhearts4633 My hope is at the beginning of the game you either get a random wand (random wood, core, length and flexibility) or can take some personality quiz to determine what wand we get as some wand woods are more suited to certain types of magic (Fir wood is excellent for transfiguration for example while Dogwood is incapable of non verbal spellcasting) It would be nice being able to get a different wand, our character having the potential for this 'ancient magic' could allow them to be compatible with any wand or use any wand to its full proficiency.

i think this is the only game where i actually sat down and heard what the game creators had to say ive been waiting for this game since the Philosophers stone on PS2 im beyond ready for this game

Depends on the optimalization. It looks great, but it's can't be like Cyberpunk where game had manu bugs and bad optimalization and in this video there were multiple times a low fps. They have probably 7 months until final changes and 2 months to do patch 0 at first day so it may be okay for what I cross fingers :D

There's no mention of being "transferred" do you mean transported? It can't be that we're being transferred from another school because they make it clear in the trailer that our character has a lot of catching up to do, if we'd been going to a different magical school, we wouldn't have to catch up so much

@@knightofhearts4633 ummmm yeah i guess transported, But they could also just be homeschooled. I dont see the Logic of making a student start in the fifth year. I know that this is the same universe where they gave Hermione a timeturner so she could study more. And they have giving him the Room of requirement to study in. The game looks good, But Im not into the ancient magic stuff, bc Rowling has described it as being like fairytale magic, love and bravery ect. It makes the character a Mary Sue. Or it could surprise us and reveal its a spy or something “probably not”. Either i want an explanation on why he got a late letter. Something went wrong with the quill of acceptance and the book of admittance.

I was so excited as well plus I showed this amazing video to everyone in my family and then I had to see everyone's reactions on KZread Benjamin your at the top of this list plus others I enjoyed watching and now we must wait until February 10th 2023 but this is worth it just some fine tuning and a nice paint job then ready to GO!! 😆💯💖

Some of us have been waiting decades for this.... A friend of mine who was an absolute Potterhead told me 2 years ago that something like this would have been a miracle come true. Now that cancer took him away, I'm miffed he won't get to see his dream come to fruition.
