Key Hint: When you get the mission to search for the Demiguise Statues, dont push it aside and say, "I'll do it later." Those missions will give you the ability to unlock those doors. The doors will have a different level of difficulty, so you'll want to complete ALL the Demiguise Statue Missions. That way, when you're exploring, you can unlock EVERY door. The statues are difficult to find because they can only be found at night, but people have run through videos on how to find them, which helps a ton! Definitely something I wish I would have known during my first play through! The locked doors were driving me crazy.

Key Hint: When dueling, remember that you have to break their shields to start attacking the enemy with your basic spell. To break the sheilds, remember that your spells have colors (purple, red, yellow, ect.......) and the sheilds have colors as well. You can't break a sheild unless you use a spell with the color that matches the color of the shield of your enemy. Also, if you hold your blocking spell down while using it, you will project a Stupify spell onto whatever enemy you were currently fighting and is highlighted. If you're blocking and you just hit the button, the Stupify spell won't come out! You have to hold the button down when you block an incoming spell!

Next stream please turn off the vibration of your controller. It really ruins the sound of the total game (as video on yt) :)

Key Hint: Use Revelio when you're next to things like Statues or important looking decor. That's where you'll find a lot of the field guide pages! They give you a little info about the Harry Potter world every time when you find one, so the purpose when they made the game was to give you a deeper connection to the game, the books, and the movies.

Hey man! You’re doing great. Thanks for the fun videos. My biggest piece of advice for anyone in this game is do not talk over the cut scenes and read *everything* on your screen. Some hints are on the right or left corners. The reason why is often cut scenes or these texts on your screen are meant to clearly and directly tell you what to do. If you miss the cut scenes you will be confused about how the game is progressing and what to do. You won't have all three curses for quite some time. You have to finish Sebastian's story line to get all three.

Every time you hear that shining, shimmering noise, it means a Field Guide Page is nearby. Remember to use Revelio even more. Gathering the pages will grant you XP, which is important since some main missions require you to reach a certain level. 😉

The New Robe was offence plus 5 which was better than the one you had originally that had no buffs attached you can change the new robe to look like the purple one then sell the old one to the shop

you should always wear the Items with the best stats and sell all other Items with worse stats to the shops, as you only have limited space in your inventory. You can change the look of your new upgraded clothes if you don't like the look or even make items invisible if you don't want to show them

➡️ DON'T underestimate any attack plants. They do Massive damage. I once took down a troll with nothing but attack plants. Those things can be clutch and invaluable at times. 🪄🪴💥👍

Okay now I'm reminded I need to go back and finish the game. I'm most of the way through the story line but then life got in the way. Ha!

Those people talking are horrible. They have no idea about the game at all. They talk whenever they want, talk at once, over game dialogue and over Adison even tho he is the streamer. They talk about things no one cares about and make the most cringe jokes possible. Like who cared that this dudes kid came in last time and who found the itchy jacked comment funny and who found the racism joke actually funny? Then they also sit there and give him infos that are totally wrong. It actually ruines the fun so many times. I love watching Adison play but every time they even open their mouth to breathe I get annoyed. Not one interesting or relevant or funny or intelligent sentence has left their mouth yet. Not once.

Of course it’s your choice whether you learn the unforgivable spells or not. I learned them but barely used them. The only one I used quite a lot was crucio. I’ve never liked the Imperio curse and Avada Kedavra is just too easy, I’d rather use my skill and make it last. Everyone is different obviously.

Aww honey you gotta read your screen. The answers to alot of the questions you have is on the screen. When you complete a task the next step shows up just above the map. Or go to the quest tab and look at the description. Hopefully I can catch a live and give some tips

HINT: When battling whatever color the person bubble is around them you MUST hit them with a spell of that color to break their protection after that any other spells you can go ham with! Also set up you spell placement on your control it gives you an option. You will get more later in the game!

I'd love to have the light spell, lumos to have own button.

Key Hint: When your 'Talents' tab is available make sure to be checking it often and clicking on the completed talents! It will seriously improve your XP! 💯🙌

I really like watching but dang, you don’t pay attention when the game tells you what to do all the time 😭 you get all like “wtf?!” When it LITERALLY just told you. No hate just really want to keep watching with you at least listening to the dialogue. I do know you’re streaming while playing but you’ll miss a lot of the storyline Edit: I am closer to the end of the video and it’s not that you’re not paying attention, you’re paying attention to the wrong thing. The people on discord keep talking and distracting you during your cutscenes. The one w isadora was VERY important and most of the time you were trying to figure out how to pronounce niamh

To make game great! I would get all "fight" spells and complete the Demi God quest to open the doors. And eeeexxppppllloorreeee you get to have fun and explore with side quest! Oh don't get to get your broom. Later you will get animal to ride on! I ❤ this game

You definitely need to learn the three unforgivable curses. They come in handy when killing trolls. I'm someone who has finished 100% of the game.

@@Paula_Shelton I do see your point. The game lacks many things, such as the ability to sit down literally anywhere, which I find both annoying and immersion-compromising. I wasn't aware of the complete lack of consequences for learning/using unforgivable curses, but it doesn't surprise me at all. I guess I was just coming from a place of head-canon; i.e., of knowing that in the Wizarding World those consequences would and should be there, and a character who wanted to have high morality staying away from those spells.

@@vixenwinters6375 Yes, I agree. Not being able to sit or lie down is extremely annoying. Especially when you want to sit down at a table in the great hall. The game not having moral consequences is also very contrary to the spirit of the books. I was also disappointed that there was so little time spent in the classroom. They could've done so many cool, mini games, especially in potions. I think they tried to give gamers everything they wanted. They were a lot less focused on Harry Potter fans then they were on giving a good traditional gaming experience. I'm really hoping that future versions of the game will correct a lot of this. I want to go to class every day, get in trouble for breaking curfew, have to figure out a way to sneak out and go to the forest without getting caught.

@@Paula_Shelton THIS. So much of what you said here have been my complaints too. I want to FEEL like a STUDENT at Hogwarts! Not someone on an extended tour of the school and highlands. I want class attendance to be mandatory. I want to get in trouble for not showing up to class and for being out of bed at night. I want to interact with my classmates both at the table in the great hall and in my common room. I want a Ron and Hermione! I do love the game and have so far found it to be the most immersive Wizarding World video game experience to date. But I do hope they keep working on it and give us future updates that will increase the immersion of being an actual Hogwarts student.

siriusly, i am enjoying watching this but honestly…. you’re not paying attention to the actual game! please do another play through later without checking chat and listening to discord…. we can’t hear them for one… and also if you were to actually look at the effing screen, you’d have picked up on the revelio spell a lot earlier… and maybe you would have remembered the combos better as well…

Lies! You absolutely will be punished for using the Killing Curse on someone innocent. The Aurors of Askaban will arrest you! You won't learn the Unforgivable Curses until close to the end of the game. You can also choose not to learn the Killing Curse.

@mallyosih7455 these are comments and hints about the game that I wish I would have known while playing it through for the first time. Addison doesn't seem upset when people give him tips and tricks on how to play the game. So yeah, it's not that serious!

I have so far learned 2 of the 3 Unforgivable Curses in my game but I have honestly never used them. I just want to have my list of spell complete. But I have such high stats on my gears and my attack plants and some potions are so upgraded with talent points that I don't feel the need to use the Unforgivable Curses. Bare in mind, I did buy the Dark Arts Battle Arena expansion. In that particular battle arena you get to use the Unforgivable Curses even if you haven't learned it. I have yet to play the Dark Arts Battle Arena but I do eventually plan to. I did spent money on it after all. LOL! 🪄💀🥊💥😈 😉
