Good Tuesday morning Paw Paw and fur babies. Loved the stories this morning of hogs and dogs. Didn't know about ear cutting hogs for ID purposes. When you mentioned about the mommas laying on the babies reminded me of Lester's Maggie that layer on one of her pups and he did CPR on the pup. It survived. Loved hearing about your pugs. I had one & she lived to be almost 20 yrs old. She was the sweetest little dog. I think their temperament is just sweet, not a mean or grouchy bone in their body. Her name was Muggsey. I had her for 9 yrs before I met my husband. He liked dugs but not to sleep on the bed. I told him she has always slept with me so if he wanted to sleep in the same bed as me it was with the dog too. lol Yep, and they both snored! Thanks for the memories.

Good morning Pawpaw and Gigi. I pray yall didn't have any bad damage from the hurricane. It was a rough ride even way up here in Leon County. Prayers to all who were in its path of destruction and the linemen and first responders. I love your stories. I remember that movie. We loved it. The relationship you have with your people is very special and I think its a joy to watch. Love the pug story❤🙏

Sure have missed y ‘all soooooo much! We have had no internet until now. I am so blessed, took my husband out today first time in 5 days. NO power and nothing is open and no red light’s working. No power from 249 to 45. Prayers for all that are still without power.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾

That wind was so strong there it blew Dan & Lou garage door right out of the wood and that hugh tree at Steph and Buddy's house. Fun stories! When I was a kid, my first dog was a toy poodle I named Snowball. She was white. We found a cute little silver male to breed her to. His name was Leo, and he knew how to romance the ladies! Snowball loved him. They had the prettiest little puppies together. 💖💖💖

Baby thinks she a dog like Woody and Buster I think. I Miss seeing Koda bear. My dad raised restered herferd caws and hogs . Lot of hay and corn.He had a lot of Show cows and got Grand Champion Bull in 1946 at Memphis fair . I have the Trophy and was there with him to receive it . I was 4 years . Love hearing your stories. Norma here. Hoping all went well after the hurricane for you and Gigi. I’ve seen a few videos of the damage it left behind for Dan and the Denmans. Mostly fallen tree limbs and branches, except for the entire tree that landed on Buddy and Steph’s house. Pugs are wonderful dogs. My sister owned a Puggle which is part Pug, part Beagle. What a great dog. She had her for almost 14 years. Thanks for the story. Love listening to your stories.

I loved this story about your pugs. Sounds like a good business you had. The hog story was interesting. My mother in law got her little new born baby pigs from a pig farmer. He would give her the runts or if the mama had to many babies and not enough teets. So she raised those babies in her house kept them in a big cage and I think she bottle feed them until they could drink and eat from the bowl. She would let them loose in her house. Little pigs running around the house, oh what a mess it started being. She finally had a big pen made sold some pigs and kept a couple and feed them very good until they were ready to butcher. Best pork I've ever eaten, lol. She did this for several years. She also had a cow and it would have a baby and she raise it and had it butchered and she had beef. She did this milking cows raising babies each year so she always had good beef and pork in her freezer. Shed share some with the family. It was some good eating. Then she started breeding chihuahuas and sold the pups. She did all these things until she passed. I did enjoy the stories today. It was a beautiful day at Camp Hydies.🎉❤❤❤

Hi Pawpaw, my son has 2 little dogs, one a chihuahua and one a pug-a-poo named Sophie. She is almost 15yrs old and as sweet as can be. She’s about 13 lbs and showing her age but when she gets puts in the yard she can run as fast as Maya (the chihuahua who is 6 yrs old).

Pawpaws story time my favorite! Two of my girls are half pug half chihuahua! Underbite and curly tailed chihuahuas! Cute. Both my grandparents raised them red hogs too! Some sows were mean!!

Good morning as much as Lex is at your house in the summer have you ever thought about teaching him how to take care of all the livestock Feeding and water and cleaning up. One day he is going to get the property that Lester promised him. If he learns now he will be ready and you have a ton of knowledge and are able to pass that along to him. I think you would benefit from it also time is so precious.
