U always seem to find the curbs Kurt 🤣🤣🤣 and the other day I did hit myself with the Maxx. And I ran into a steel pole and it didn't even brake it. Awesome video buddy 💯👍 and yeah ur right that thing has plenty of power and torque now

What do you have the punch set to? I put the same system in a Typhon and i can get it to wheelie like yours.

I think i have it set a 5. but the wheels and the thickness of the center diff fluid would help. The typhon has buggy tires so it will not wheelie

@@KurtsRCs I have some pro lines on them so the grip is substantially better than stock tires. I've seen videos of the typhon wheeling like crazy. Just wondering what if there is something wrong with my system. It rips but I just feel something is wrong. Maybe over thinking it. Nice setup man! Thx for your response

I just ordered one for my kraton exb. I currently have the old max6v3/4985-1650kv in it, but I've been having issues with the caps overheating. I'm not sure if it's an esc issue, gearing issue or lipo issue. I added an external cap bang to help, but it still happens when I push it hard. With the coupon at amain, I got the g2 combo for $220 shipped, so will see how it does instead. I may put the old 4985-1650kv in my outcast with the max6 I run in that... I run a 4092/1650kv in it currently. Anway, I run dual 40mm fans on my older version motor and I intend on putting them on the newer version. I also intend on swapping the g2 fan out of the esc for an alloy framed 35mm fan wired to the receiver so it's always on. I hate having the fan on the esc only on when it thinks it needs it, because then I don't know if the fan is good or not whenever I run the truck.

I just watched you video with the Mojave with the Max 6 1650 combo. Which system do you like better out of the two the newer Max 6 G2 combo or the original Max 6 ?

I like the new Max6 V2 it does not have that lag like the unsencered one have. Don't get me wrong they both are great esc's and have tons of power

@@KurtsRCs awesome thx because that’s what I just got. I’m actually thinking of getting another one because of the sales price and I have an extra 10% off the sales price, so I could grab one more combo for $215. Then I’ll have one for the Kraton and one for my Fireteam.

@@KurtsRCs yes the Fireteam is what I originally got that Max 6 combo for. Now I’m thinking of getting another one for the Kraton 6s that has a lot of M2C upgrades. For the $215 I can grab another Max 6 combo that I would use in the Kraton or would you stick with Spectrum motor and esc ? Because I was thinking of putting the Spectrum 160amp and use the stock motor or the Spectrum 1250kv motor in the Kraton until I saw the price of the Max 6 combo.

@@JJ-lu6mgI you can afford it I’d get another Max6. You know how the spektrum esc is. I have the 1250kv spectrum in my fireteam and it runs good with the 150amp spectrum esc but the Max6 would have been better imo
