I received mine a few days ago & had a chance to get it out it’s so much fun it came with a free light kit so I installed them & found almost no oil in the shocks so I added oil & moved the shock position.

Keep your eye on the Asiatees website it’s where I got mine

The other output shaft on the rear of the gear box spins in the opposite direction to eliminate torque twist can buy axles to suit

I was thinking that maybe a fcx24 axle with diff flipped?

I never slice through boxes anymore... amain got me with a clear body one time i sliced on top of the body about 4 inches almost cried 😢😅😅😊

You should be ok on the lights there’s a bunch of wires you don’t even use I used a different adapter wire had to to make it plug into the receiver. You can tell the lights aren’t specifically made for the Evo there’s 2 white lights 2 red lights & 2 blue lights. I used the light clips but the blue have no place to go but I drilled holes in the rock sliders & used the round clips again to mount the light for rock lights that match the blue paint a bit. You may find a better place to mount them you have to pay attention when you drill through the sliders because it’s un even in places & it has to be out of the way of the battery on the side it mounts. I haven’t tuned the meteor & esc with the blue tooth mode but I hear that that makes it crawl a lot smoother especially reverse makes it less touchy. Glad to see ya got one after I got mine the next day they were out of stock again. Not many seem to have them yet.

The lights are for a boom racing product I think. They’re just doing small promotional and throwing stuff in.

@@maxwell5428 yah I installed them but not sure if I’ll keep them in being it’s a comp crawler the wiring tends to be a pain but it looks good 😂🙌

You have to order different axles for the Power Plus Evo series the ones I saw where about 170 for both I’m definitely getting a set this crawler I think k is worthy of metal axles.

Ok, I have seen trucks with brushed and brushless motors. With the same body. Then, I see the brushless with the other body with clear and painted body. How did you get the one you have with the brushless Venom motor w/ the greyish body? Thanx...

Almost identical to the fx118 fury. Super sick chassis compared to the fury.

Loving the evo pro man didn’t know they made a brushless version was wondering does it get the shakes at certain spots in the low speed crawl when going up something steep like the cayman pro thinking the evo is geared low enough to get past that to different transmission believe I got have one 🔥😎👍

The problem with the cayman and why it gets those stutters was the scx24 transmission. When the motor switches from foc to normal operation there’s a brief period between it. The high gearing of the scx24 trans paired with the minimal reduction from the fcx24 causes that stutter. So to answer your question, once you tune it properly on the app the Evo pro will not get those stutters in low gear. It may get them in high gear though.

@@lgrc6120 there’s no doubt about it a cayman is a 1/18 rig. It’s would have been better with a dedicated trans but it’s not a bad combo. They use the scx24 trans for weight savings. The Komodo can compensate for the loss of gearing but you have to dial in the tuning in the app pretty heavily. Also at this scale the only thing that really determines scale is wheelbase. Since alot of 1/10 and 1/18 stuff is interchangeable.

where did you get it bc i cannot find brushless anywhere. it’s only brushed. i can buy the truck and the furitek kit but yours seem to come all together already.

RTR Hardly ever come with AAA batteries or AA batteries it’s something you have to purchase

My fly sky gt5 didn't bind with the fx118 so it probably won't bind with this if its the same receivern😢

gt5 uses a different protocol to the radio on these 24's/18 scale trucks..but i think its same as the flysky G7P.

You need a FlySky transmitter that supports the ANT protocol. It’s a pain the FlySky have so many different protocols.
