Yes police, then the local government or EPA, not sure who's jurisdiction it would be to pollute a river, but it has to be a serious infraction to dump demolition garbage in a river

Regarding golf story: My friend who is a widow and I, divorced, travel a lot all over the globe. We both have been retired for quite a few years. When her husband passed, she discovered he had left a fortune. I however was living on my retirement, etc. and had very little to spend on our trips. She and I have been friends for many, many years and she insists on paying for the flights, cruises, tours, etc. I told her I felt guilty about her paying so much (I do pay for my own meals, drinks, 1/2 of the hotel rooms, etc. Her reply was that she wants to spend as much having fun as possible before we both get too feeble to enjoy life.
