    Oh right on!! I just had another athearn 9563 and tried to find a cool unit to turn it into, then I found the 9568 with the work done to it and I thought it would be cool to model, Cheers

    They are from a company called “wehonest” in china, they will make you custom builds if you ask them. And yes we will down the road, once our CTC is fully installed and we have all the bugs worked out we are going to do a deep dive video series into how everything works.

    You mentioned messing around with the resistors on the wheelsets. Have you decided on a specific resistance value on you rolling stock?

    Not yet, we have built some different prototypes, but we want it so that if just one end of one car is still past a signal, it clearly shows up on the RTC panel. Just a couple more tests and we should have our final prototype. We will be doing a full build series on the CTC and all its components, once we get everything working with no bugs. Cheers

    Thanks Chris! That helix was the first one we built and we missed some things, hopefully it will just get replaced, I have a plan in the works 😁

    Yeah we did, we are going to keep them for auxiliary lighting, but we went to the signalman, way more expensive but it was well worth it
