Whoa! I've never heard that about Sciatica before. (Focus on the heel to relieve Sciatica pain) I have Sciatica. I reach to rub my heels. Shocked to find just how sore they are. I rub them and instantly notice that there's a noticeable lessening of pain. Thank You!
