The ol' reliable HMX switches... nothing more I can say now. I like how it still sounds bright even when there's plate foam. If we were to compare, I'd say the Cheese sounds similar to the Xinhai and Hyacinth V2U. It's loud and bright, but not so much like the Owlab Neons.
It's as good as you can get with ~0.3¢ per switch. I believe HMX switches are your go-to 'no muss no fuss' switches where you don't need to go through the trouble of re-lubing or worry about the wobble. But as I said on the video, they might feel too light for some, so consider spring swapping if you want heavier typing feel.
