We like the pauses when you hear something you connect with... Also make sure you go back a few seconds when you do pause since you may miss something.

I think pausing/ stopping /rewinding during Ren should immediately get a pass. There's so much packed in, so much to absorb, even the sounds alone are a lot... let alone the lyrics... let alone the video... let alone lived experience. Much love from a fellow ptsd survivor, and rare disease warrior who has become a Renegade ❤

I find it so sad. Our armed forces are taught to suppress their emotions so they can get the job done, but essentially they saves lives and break themselves as a result. It why vets suffer so much more in my opinion. Suppressing all that pain is just like a champagne bottle, eventually it will pop and the road back to self is long. I see Ren as the therapy we never knew we needed, or we did 😊 I see you brother and you are right kindness and compassion is essential in this world

At last - We have someone in Ren who speaks truth and facts and he started a rolling ball through so many who relate to his words and some of us who react to music find him and then spread this form of healing and expression to more of us. It is real and it is what we need.

I am here to hear your reaction. I want you to pause it wherever you want. Ren's lyrics have so many layers of meaning all the way through it is easy to forget if you wait until the end. I know that almost all of us who are spellbound by this boi share my opinion. Ren is probably the best advocate for mental health awareness we could have wished for, just by telling it just like it is. And you sharing your thoughts is helping to tear down the walls that keeps us apart. Like Ren says, "We must not forget that we are human beings". And we all need each other to save us from ourselves. I wonder what you think of his song "Humble" ft. Eden Nash.

Another great reaction D, lots of Psychologists and Therapists have done reactions on Sick Boi and a fare few of them have asked the question "Was/Is that me"? Great thing about what Ren is doing his awareness is rubbing off on everyone and with any luck changing some perspectives.

Yes it's magnificient.

Been in therapy since i was 14. Pills are what they push only to realize none are compatability with my genetics. I put up with so many side effects until last year. A DNA test proved i couldn't take SSRIs. Love your reactions. I've seen reacters that barely show any expression then said how much it effected them with no emotion. You allow your emotions to flow and you have my full respect from a former military brat, I salute you sir. Thank you for your service

Ren was misdiagnosed for years he had Lyme disease his music is from his suffering he suffered so badly this song is about all the meds and basically how the mental healthcare is so bad , he is currently in Canada getting help to fix the damage from his brain damage from the Lyme disease, Ren loves music and he uses it as his therapy, Ren is an amazing young man and a amazing artist, independent love from Renegades After the Drunk driver almost killed, I suffer PTSD, they wouldn't treat me because insurance, I felt abandoned and wish the drunk would have killed me , new sub and love your reactions

I'm grateful for Ren because he is giving the voiceless a voice, I wish you strength and more better days then dark days , music has always been my therapy with all my trauma from childhood then adulthood I'm thankful to find others who can relate and not be bullies much love and respect my new found friend , Also Rens best friend Joe jumped off a bridge they never found his body, so the song for Joe and few others have deep meaning for Ren

Sir, I just wanted to say thank you for your service and for being honest with your emotions. I've seen this video and reactions 100s of times and it still makes me tear up. I am bi-polar and wasn't officially diagnosed until I was about 42 years old (58 now). I went through all the exact things REN and yourself went through. I spent the last year and a half working in a mental hospital and what he shows/says in HI REN and the others is exactly how it goes. I've been face to face with all levels of mental illness and in the beginning, it's very hard to deal with seeing the realities of that life. Anger, frustration, guilt, embarrassment, sadness, addiction, homelessness and on and on. You're certainly NOT alone. Take care my friend.

I work at an Ophthalmologist office amd we see all the VA patients here in SW Florida for eye issues... No offense but the VA is a joke. We have patients with serious eye issues who need to see an MD asap and it takes months and so many loopholes just to get it authorized. Its frustrating when were sending millions to other countries amd funding all the healthcare for all the illegial immigrants here but not the VA and the brave people who fought for this country.

Thank YOU for your personal courage showing your vulnerability and being authentic. There are so many of us wounded warriors, and so often our sickness isolates us, makes us forget how many out there share our experiences and can help us cope. You likely won’t know how many people you help but be assured there are lots of us out there that need to feel we aren’t alone in the daily pain of surviving. Of all his music, I can relate to this one more than any of them. Take another pill. You'll be fine. 10 different meds later, you're not fine. They are not listening! A pill doesn't fix everything.

Thank you for sharing your story. It helps my healing to hear the truths others have experienced. Have some war experiences in my past (not a service member) and yeah. Rough. Thank you for your service.

Ren is a deep artist and has some rally heavy very moving songs. but I suggest you check out something lighter and actually fun. He is also hilarious and has a fun naughty side. also plays genius guitar in every style, is a fantastic piano player. and an amazing gifted singer. Check out Ren with his band the Big Push doing I Shot the Sheriff,(red suspender version) or "Its a Man's World" or "An Englishman in New York" or Ren's fun rap songs like "Losing It" , or "The Hunger" or "Power"

Don’t apologize for stopping it or for your reaction. I (and assume most people feel the same way) have seen the video a number of times. I like to watch people discovering his music. If anyone doesn’t like it, please by all means go to ren’s channel & watch. In fact, go there & watch everything this guy can do. Great Ren reactions. Just a little advice. When you pause, go back a bit in the video before you start again. You can easily miss things if you don't (particularly with rap cos it's fast) and it helps keep the flow of the songs intact. Again, great reactions and I hope this helps. 😊

Brother first of all thank you for your service I don’t have a clue what you’re gone through hopefully it is being taken care of I know that they stuck me on two different pills for my issues that never worked I tried telling them the pills were having no effect. They still try prescribing.those same pills today I just stopped taking the pills and now they don’t want anything to do with me

Dear beautiful human, you stopping a video is part of having a reaction chanel. People are more and more in need to see that we are not alone with (mental) health issues.. your story is also important to hear, as are all a other people. Ren makes people aware, and a bit of my own story, I had servere backpain and shouted every time I got up or try to sit down, as I walk with a walker, its getting harder and harder. My husband draged me to the docter, send my with urgency to a neurologist. Urgent mri, oh you have 2 shifted bones in your spine, and osteoporose... here is a recepy for diazapam and talk to the nurse who will inform you further. That nurse looked at me , no honey you have 5 broken bones in your spine.... oh diazapam, that doesnt much for you huh? I burst into tears, finaly somebody who took me serious and told the truth.... You touch my heart and please stay a little longer on earth with your darling wife.... warm hug from a stranger from the Netherlands ❤
