I was just wondering if you can help me please. I'm on my 4 nailer taking apart and putting back together each nailer pisses out air by trigger kind of. Seems like when I detatch the air line it would be like the gun shoots.

Sorry to bother but do you have any idea why my nailer spills air from the top when everything inside is intact and nothing is broken?

your cylinder is probably stuck down and not sealing against the head valve

Dude... Lol all hitachi guns have a blow off mechanism in the trigger!!! Its not an air leak!... Even the brand new ones release air when you slightly pull the trigger... ANY HITACHI GUN!!! im not sure if any other guns do that.. I havent seen any other than this guns new replica made by pierce sold at harbor freight lol enjoy!!!!
