Alex thank you I started practicing this today and at first it was a little ruff I was hitting on the tip of the irons but like everything else in golf I took a breath relaxed and slowed things down and it came together the distance was getting better every time.

Love this Alex! I’ve increased my ball speed with the driver by 12mph by focusing on my trail wrist angle, but, I’m now more often than not over drawing it 🤦🏻‍♂️ help! 🙏🏼

I get overwhelmed with golf videos - where to start, how to hold you hands, where to place the ball in your stance...one day I hope for "top 10 things to do in your drive/iron swing" video series.

Just attack one tip at a time lock it in to muscle memory then move on to the next you're basically building a swing. Don't move on to anything new until you have the previous thought process down Pat

You can definitely get overwhelmed with too much information. Read How to Master a Great Golf Swing by Maxine Van Era Lupo and Harvey Penick’s Little Red Book, then you can properly contextualize all the tips videos and ignore the stuff that won’t work for you.

Akex thank you very much for brining back simple yet effective old school. In fact, I learnt my golf from an old CD of Sir Nick Faldo. A to Z 😊😊😊 No technology could change the grammar / fundamentals of golf 😂😂 Still am sticking to it despite modern 'confusions' of bla bla......foolish investment anything which isn’t sustainable. Golf is the only game which has no age barrier. So invested as long term strategy. 😅😅😅 "Old ia Gold".... 🎉😂😂

Alex, I watched this video this morning before going to the course. Hit a few balls on the range, with some success. Improved steadily through my round both in distance, and accuracy. Need more practice, but pleased, and optimistic. Thanks.

Thanks as always! I finally feel like my trailing wrist is activated and knows what its job is and knows how and why to do it. 🎉

Early February I sort of lucked into finding this technique almost by accident by practice to start my swing with everything already pre-cocked or pre-loaded. Was able to create much better compression and truly swing the club rather than all the early extension and casting stuff that plagued me previously. It all added about 20-30 yards to all my irons especially. It just feels so smooth and can finally hit it straight with power more consistently. The biggest issue is having to dial in distances again on all your clubs when you are making solid contact.

This video is fantastic! Nick Faldo's secret signature drill is incredibly helpful. After trying the wrist exercises, I feel like I have a much better understanding and control of my swing. The explanations about the left wrist's up-and-down movement and the right wrist's backward bend and release are very clear. These tips have really made my swing feel smoother and more powerful. Thank you so much for sharing, and I'm looking forward to more instructional videos like this!

Excellent description and demonstration Alex on the wrist hinge! I have been working this for some time now and although it's still a work in progress, I'm very confident with what will be! I think the thing that is challenging now is getting the release properly which affects distance.

Another helpful video Alex. One thing you mentioned that I'd like to check...... I think you said a about "elbows facing up"? During one of my good spells my feel was that both elbow pits were facing up (left more than right) and my swing was OK. Then I saw some people say that lead elbow should point more left so I changed the onus to just the right elbow. It seemed to affect my ball striking but amongst my other woes I forgot about it. If I remember correctly another tip said to grip the club like you're wringing it out, which I think delivers elbow pits up and did work for me, so I wonder if there's a right or wrong - or if it's a feel thing? Cheers!
