This is one of my favourite Kyuhyun performances and in my opinion also one of his best; not in terms of vocals but emotions. You can tell he gave 200%. Even though he could barely sing / speak during rehearsals and had to go to the hospital, he managed to complete the performance. Honestly, I don't think I have seen him that nervous before.

I got goosebumps. You can see he is struggling but even so his voice is so steady and calming and this is one of the most beautiful performances I've ever heard.

my heart hurts so much when i see him sang the last 3 high notes !!! he barely sang it in rehearsal but i can see he gave eveything he's got!! bravo Kyu
