The Gibborim look so freaky like something from the anime Spirited Away. Now hearing the details of the Runaways it sounds really unique and not just another superhero show.

Klara's plot was so forced and she didn't add anything to the team. Then they were trying to have her relate to Molly when Molly was extroverted anyways.

Yeah and then gets resurrected, bonds to one of the most powerful demons, obtains a necklace with nearly limitless power, and then becomes one of the most lethal super villain master minds in all of the Marvel comics. This is very cool, I’ve only read the new comics (the ones made by Kris and Rainbow and others) and I’ve seen a bit of the tv shows so this was super interesting and informative. Also I gasped at the whole thing with Alex, what a twist!

Great video man. I mean first time I ever read the runaways was their civil war tie in and afterwords their crossover with the avengers academy but that's about it. I did read avengers arena and avenger undercover though which were good in their own way

Gotta agree. He's done a lot of good shows-Dollhouse is one of the most underrated shows and I really wish we'd at least had a full third season rather than the obviously known filmed long finale that was so obviously meant to be a full season. Same with Firefly, or rather, 2 more serenity films. However, I haven't seen him do anything impressive since Avengers 1 (yes, not an age of ultron fan, though not sure if joss was either). Nobody's perfect yes, but if there's one thing he doesn't understand well (if at all) are other people's characters.

In Comic she dies but in series she is alive they have just started Season 1 and i dont know if they have season 2 but i hope so. Alex is alive in show to. They have 10 episodes in season 1. They need to runaway first and get more closer.

Yeah that's just wrong. I hope they don't go the way of the comics and kill him off. But if they do I hope they at least bring in another black character to replace him. Its gonna be tough... hard decision to watch it with no black actors on.

I carried the first 18 volumes collection in my backpack for all 3 of my middle school years. I still am heartbroken over the Arc of Alex's character with his betrayal and death and the fact Marvel never let himself redeem himself for that nor did The Runaways forgive him after he returned back from the dead. Its such a shame because i related to Alex on so many levels.

Runaways was the first comic I ever got into, I have every comic that has the main story and the other comics that has one/two of the char in a side story. I'm loving the rea-vamp comic they r doing now that takes place two years later and I cant wait to c the hulu alive action show!!!!

The fact that he actually died... means they really tried to make it similar to mangas and anime...cause if this was a manga or anime ...his death wouldn't really phase me cause u have to be used to that kinda shit in dat world. Great recap of one of my favourite comic series ever, but i think you missed something at the end. It's been years since I read runaways, but i remember that at the very end of the series right when it got cancelled, chase sees gert in a crowd of people, (or someone that looks like gert) who died earlier in the series. He runs over to her and gets hit by a car and gets sent to the hospital. That left me feeling depressed and really upset that such an amazing comic had such an awful ending... That was the ending i remember, i don't know why it never got mentioned in the video. If anyone remembers this, please reply, I'm pretty sure this actually happened.

I didn't forget it, it was more a chase-exclusive thing, rather than a thing about the whole team, which is why it wasn't mentioned. When I do a History of Chase Stein, it'll be mentioned in that.
