I wish they treated the New 52 like how Marvel treats the Ultimate universe. Because I hate New 52's Raven design, I hate New 52's Superman, New 52's Slutfire...I mean Starfire, Beast Boy was red (at least they changed him back), and overall I wish the New 52 was similar to Marvel's Ultimate universe

Reverse-Flash is a name used by several speedsters who are enemies to the Flash. The original Reverse-Flash was The Rival, arch-nemesis to Jay Garrick in the Golden Age. Professor Zoom was the first villain to call himself Reverse-Flash, a 25th Century scientist who fought Barry Allen in the Silver Age. Professor Zoom's successor was Zoom, an enemy to Wally West who replicated super-speed by moving through time. Inertia was the evil counterpart to Bart Allen, also calling himself Kid Zoom. I am a HUGE Flash fan, and I'm gonna say this right now, Reverse Flash in the CW show is the best version by far. Though admittedly I have not seen the 2nd season so for all I know they brought him back and ruined him, but for season 1, Reverse Flash is perfect.

The reverse flash is faster than the flash because he used a modified formula to get his speed and also he is the only one who has figured out the speed equation, which charges the tachyons in his body like a quick change battery. Also, unlike Barry, he is not affected by time travel.

Reverse Flash means the opposite of The Flash, it just a name to represent "the opposite of The Flash"....simple!!! There's no need to consider him running backwards or call him "Reverse colours bla bla bla bla". Just think about "The Flash", you knew that he's a *superhero* . Now think about the "Reverse Flash", of course you knew that he's *supervillain*

I personally think he should get his own film. I find his origin story more interesting then the flash. We always see the hero win over and over again, and I believe we need to get both points of the story.

So, basically, when someone is talking about the Reverse Flash, they could be talking about Reverse Flash, Reverse Flash, Reverse Flash, or maybe even Reverse Flash. Got it. :-)

Well professor zoom wanted to meet the flash so badly he went back in time but Barry Allan was dead so he tried to become him but he was to angry and tried to destroy central city so the current flash sent him back in time again and that's when professor zoom hated Barry and tried to kill him but he thought that if he killed Barry then ebard thawne would never become proffesor zoom so he ruined some parts of Barry's life like going back in time and killing his mother so that later Barry could go back in time and try to stop him but led up to her death also from the series of the flash.

I'm thinking Harrison Wells may be the Hunter Zolomon version of the Reverse Flash. I mean, think about it... Zolomon was crippled, in a wheelchair... and How was he crippled? Gorilla Grodd! Now, we've seen Harrison's connection with Grodd already in the show! Zolomon tried to make the Flash (Wally West) a BETTER hero by making him experience loss... kinda sounds like what Harrison is doing to Barry, right? ALSO, for those who know Zolomon's story... let's remember he had a wife named Ashley Zolomon who died. HOW DID SHE DIE? A car accident. Now, Harrison Wells was married to a woman named Tess Morgan, and if you recall, how did Tess die? Coincidence... who knows??

I don't know much about; but Wells pretend crippled in a weelchair, we don't know if he ever been crippled and the powers make him walk. In the show showed him to have some agitations to his legs and maybe that's that. Story of flash is complicated...

Nope. In Justice League Unlimited it's shown that Amanda Waller had a project batman beyond because she thought the world will always need a batman. In Batman Beyond show its shown that Terry stumbles upon Wayne Manor and accidentally discovers the Batcave and the suit when he helped Bruce get his medicines and dozed off. Also they show that Bruce Wayne retires as batman in the batman beyond outfit because he couldn't continue due to health issues.

Aakash Varma Amanda Waller has Bruce's DNA injected into Warren McGuinnes. The McGuinnes's have Terry, which if a blood work was done would show that he is the son of Bruce not Warren. Then Amanda Waller hires Phantasm to murder Terry's parent's. She doesn't go through with it. The McGuinneses go on with their lives. la de da de da. Years later Derek Powers has Warren McGuinnes killed, Terry stumbles onto the Batcave, he becomes Batman. All connected

what I don't understand about Flash The TV series is how they made reverse flash and zoom as the black racer separate people when originally they are the same person and the black racer is just the concept of the grim reaper for speedsters, it could be my lack of watching the show so feel free to bash at me if thats the case but I don't understand it when the black racer is just grim reaper of the speed force and zoom is him but of anyone can fill me in on why things are different in the series most likely for the viewers who never read the comics and have an insane lack of knowledge of the history and story or like every other thing ever produced thats "true to comics" totally not sarcasm

+BEASTYKID413 in the series they made zoom an evil flash from an alternate reality that wanted to kill all flashes so he could be the only flash in the whole multiverse he then at the end of season 2 of the series was defeated by Barry Allen or flash and becomes the black flash from the time wraiths changing him into the grim reaper of flashes or the black flash, so he is no longer zoom now. Eobard Thawne is from the future where the flash aka Barry Allen is well known Eobard Thawne becomes obsessed with the flash and creates a negative speed force thus giving him the power to later time travel, he gives himself the name reverse flash at least in this series and at first wants to be like the flash aka his friend he time travels into the past but meets Wally who is dressed like the flash because the flash went missing in a crisis which we found out in season 1 in the newspaper from the future he confronts Wally but Wally knows he's bad so sends him back to the future.

I just realized that Professor Zoom had the same costume as kid flash LOLI get those two confused. I LOVE THE FLASH!! :) love this
