this is because some of devil kazuyas movelist were taken by devil jin combined with jins tk3 movesets

I think you should also do the Devil Jin version, but it'll be better to wait until Tekken 8 comes out
Tekken 8 is so detailed you can see heat coming off the lazer beam 1:11
Really hope they buff this move in Tekken 8, it's so lame that Devil Jin always has it but Kazuya has to spend heat. Where is the logic...

Maybe the logic is that Devil Jin is always devil mode. But gameplay wise its kinda unfair for it to use Kazuya's heat meter.

Miss the old devil Kazuya design
I know its cuz the combo itself is higher dmg but seeing sky high launchers like Devil Twister, Sky Rocket and Blast Off each deal less than 30 dmg looks kinda wrong, hehe
