@@rohanofelvenpower5566 It seems as you have trouble understanding what the original autor of the comment meant.The video channel is called Lectures for Sleep. The concept is that the videos are designed to be played while you sleep, aiming to help you absorb information subconsciously. While this is the intended purpose, the effectiveness of this method is unproven and likely to be minimal.
