Sher Shah suri and Lodhis were not Pushtuns - they were Indian Pathans who were brought to India as slaves by Turk Empires of Delhi Sultanat . Turk use to despise all of their slaves as of low race. After serving Turks for hundered of years the Lodhis the Suris the Syed and the Khusru khan a converted Hindu slave of a Turk king got a chance to rule delhi after Turk influence faded away . The Sikhs joined the British against Afghans. Shamefully, they are proud of that- watch the movie of Kesari about the 21 Sikhs who worked/fought for the British like dogs and were killed by brave Afghan freedom fighters. That is Afghanistan remained free and India got colonized for 200 years.

Afghanistan's freedom though was not utilized well by its leadership to develop education and remove fundamentalism from the population. The result is what we see in Afghanistan today sadly.

Lol even Pakistani Muslim Punjabis don't even recognize Maharaja Ranjitj Singh and others but now becoming so emotional just bcz of Peshawar, tho Peshawar is still the regions of Pashtuns= Afghans. Btw its good atleast they recognize the Sikh Maharajas and their struggles for the independence from British and Afghans etc 😀.

Ranjit singhs Sikh empire punjabi army was the most powerful in south asia maybe even all of asia at the time. The british colonialists knew they had bribe, threat and divide and rule in lahore darbar in order conquer the punjab and eventually head towards taking on afghanistan before russian empire got there.

@@royalegamer2704 dude as long as abdali was alive, he controlled Punjab. Sikhs used to hide when his army would march though Punjab. Sikhs tried to fight him face to face but could not defeat a proper afghan army in a conventional war that is why they had to later resort to guerilla tactics against afghans and yet they could not take back Punjab during his lifetime. Afghans controlled Punjab for more time than Sikh empire even lasted. Sikh khalsa was very short lived, only Half a century and they controlled pashtun areas for a decade and yet lost hari Singh against a 20 year pashtun general. Not to forget the 'wadda gulughara' that the Sikhs remember was actually their fighting force destroyed by abdali but their history is full of fantasies so they could not accept that their 20-30k fighters were killed by an invading afghan army in their own homeland so they called it a 'wadda gulughara' and tried to portray it as a amssacre of unarmed civilians. Other than their 50 years short live khalsa, they never built any other empire and for the last 2 centuries, they are just working as mercenerias for the Brits and now for the Hindus. If they were such great warriors, why were they colonized but Brits could not colonize afghans? Hell even the areas which Brits controlled remain autonomous, no British army, no british law, no British court just British rule on paper. You should read the accounts of Brits about pashtuns especially Winston Churchill. He very much admired afghans and Zulus of Africa even though both of these were his sworn enemies. One more thing Sikhs are still struggling for khalistan after 70 years but they have not got it yet. Let's see what the future holds for them

Faisal Sahib. According to Sikh historians Hari Singh Nalua was not killed at the spot as you did mention here. You said that he was killed at the spot when a bomb hit him by referring Afghan history. You should have referred Sikh history also. Narration of history should not only be unbiased but it should look unbiased also.Hari Singh Nalua was badly injured when a bomb hit him. He,then,was taken back to Qila where all efforts were tried to heal his wounds but all went in vain. Before dying ,Hari Singh ordered his warriors that the news of his death shouldn't break out until the arrival of reinforcement ( Qumak) from Lahore. Apart from this he asked them to put the dresses, he wore, to dry in the sun so that it would appear that Hari Singh was still alive. But unnfortunately that reinforcement never came from Lahore becoz a Hindu Prime Minister of Ranjit Singh named Dhian Singh Dogra ensured for those letters and messages not to reach Lahore Darbar. Dhian Singh Dogra hid all letters of Hari Singh, seeking reinforcement, from Lahore Darbar. Later he became the prime traitor of Punjab Kingdom for it's declining.

Meanwhile the only Indian state of any significant independence and military power was the Panjab under Ranjit Singh. The British could not hope to establish a strong influence beyond the Indus unless they first either conciliated or conquered the Sikhs. The spectacle of the well-trained and equipped armies of Lahore persuaded the British to make friendship with the Sikhs a high priority. It was impossible for the British to befriend Ranjit Singh and Dōst Moḥammad Khan at the same time, for there was a fierce quarrel between them over the Sikh occupation of Peshawar and the shelter and encouragement given to Shah Šoǰāʿ.

In 1838 the governor general, Lord Auckland, signed the Simla Manifesto, which was in effect a declaration of war upon the Bārakzay rulers of Kabul and Qandahār and of intent to restore Shah Šoǰāʿ while saving Herat from Persian designs. The Sikhs played a minimal part in subsequent military operations. The Army of the Indus, as the British called it, entered Afghanistan in the spring of 1839 and made its way through Qandahār and Ḡaznī to Kabul. Shah Šoǰāʿ was restored but not warmly welcomed, and the Bārakzī and their followers fought on.

U better start ur own channel, hire a computer literate person to do video editing stuff for u and use your knowledge for content, if u cant afford to hire learn urself, its not hard.

One must read between the lines the fact of the matter is ...behind the scene, foreign forces of the Britain played its vital game against the strongest hold of the northern subcontinent. The fact is Ranjit Singh was a jahil "londa lapaara of 15 to 17 years old" of Gujranwala that act and got used as a proxy of Britishers. Initially he back in days behind the scene silently supported by the British Raj against the true and strong power of the Northern Subcontinent . It was the time when region was not captured by the British empire yet. The young mob of Ranjit Singh started fight against the then strong power and the strong challenge for the British Raj, the kind of empire that was holding the entire northern subcontinent back in days. Also the fact is back in days British Raj then had already captured the rest of the subcontinent upto Delhi and south of Delhi. In that scenario, Ranjit Singh was just a tool and proxy that British Raj silently use to get region weaken, and the real hurdle and challenge for them in the northern subcontinent. Raj was going per plan by engaging them against each other as they say "divide and role" If that scenario wouldn't have developed in the northern subcontinent, British Raj wouldn't have been able to captured the North at all. The fact of the matter is, and it is evident that why the British Raj never resisted against this newly developed "mob of Ranjit" in Punjab rather Raj siliently supported this mob of idiots who really didn't know what exactly it will end up at. British Raj wanted that some artificial force should stand up against then the real power of time in the region to weaken the region militarily. No wonder how Britishers were successful in their planning, and no wonder why Ranjit Singh rule never lasted more than 50 years in northern subcontinent, forget about the rest, Sikh role never lasted in Central Punjab for 10 years afterwords. After using Ranjit Singh and other like minded, British Raj later captured the entire Northern subcontinent as all the resistance of the region got exhausted already. the end result was that Raj moved forward further north as region had already weaken after 40, 50 years of fights among northerns. And the rest we all know what happened afterwards.
