worldwide, most goiters are caused by lack of iodine any herb rich in iodine, like the seaweeds, would be a logical choice, although iodine in itself is usually too late to shrink a goiter

I do have colloid goiter diagnosed 5 years ago. There are times when i feel like suffocated and slight discomfort when I swallow foods or drink liquid. Its a very tiny but I want it remove but the doctor nothing to worry and not advisable to remove...

Is struma nodosa the same as colloid goiter? Are resorption vacuoles also typical in colloid goiter?
