This is a God-Send! We were given a HiSense 50" HDTV and it was stuck at the same screen (which is USB mode) and this fix worked exactly. We have bookmarked this video because we've had to use this fix several times, and each time it works! Marvin & Deborah, Honolulu, Hawaii.

I was given a 50" Hisense TV and it was stuck on USB mode... Previous owner was told it was burnt up because only the power button was responding,no menu, input or volume control..... I spent about an hour spread out over a few days watching useless videos untill I worded the search just right and found this video... Simple fix even the manufacturer said I should buy another TV and offered me a loyalty discount 🤔... Now I have a 50" rocking in my shop and it cost me Free99...😏 Thanks 👍, u da Man....

Para los que no entiendan inglés lo que tienes que hacer es: aplanar el botón de encendido y menú al mismo tiempo, soltar el botón de encendido y dejar presionado el de menú, cuando acabe de parpadear el foco de encendido soltar botón esperar 2 segundos y volver a aplanar el botón de menú, ya estando en el menú la manera más rápida es bajar a canales y buscar los canales, cuando acabe de buscar te manda directo al primer canal (yo no sé inglés pero le puse atención a las señas que hacía con la mano izquierda

Thank you. Praise God! I did it but... I got a menu option for a fraction of a second before it went back to media mode. Did it two more times and it didn't change. But then on the fourth attempt, it suddenly jumped out of media mode and went to HDMI. God gets all the credit, because I know it wasn't working when I was doing it.
