A modular display phone would be awesome. With e-ink for regular everyday use and and LCD/OLED display module for the multimedia/games from time to time since these aren't usually time critical.

Just need an e-ink phone that has Google Play. That would be perfect.

yes you can. You can use both sides of the phone exactly the same. So you can look at anyting on the LCD side as you can on the eink side

Please let me know when something like this is available with the Play store.

you can get apkpure or aptoide or any store, or just download .apk files for each app you want and install it easy. Some google app will not work tough, but boogle is nasty anyways. Google maps works tho

@@marcuionut6319 Thanks !! apk pure worked, I have everything set up right on it except I still haven't been able to figure out hoe to set up voicemail which is critical for work. Can you please help out been looking for days and can't find on the phone.

i really really really wish, that apple will make an iPhone mini, to a "minimalistic iPhone" with an e ink display and a batterie life of 2 weeks or more. don't need youtube or any other entertainment. just apps which helps you out with information, organization and when really needed youtube for information in black and white 1pps. please. maybe just an kickstarter project with an "send in iPhone and get back with e ink display" would be huge! for me at least and maybe many other people who believe in digital detox or just want longer batterie life.
