🤭 Actually Igor Krutoy composes music for Dimash's voice. Dimash produces all his songs (i.e. decides how he sings the song). They have a partnership. 😉

(Hope he has his money out of Russia. ) But we also know he has part ownership in one of the main Russian TV stations and various other music business interests such as record companies, etc. He owns several multimillion dollar mansions in several countries such as Florida, Moscow, etc. And is considered a music mogul in Russia. Very influential composer and he adores Dimash. 😁 (edited to add that it was reported his owned assets totaled 13 billion a few years ago but with current sanctions and devaluing of Russian currency, his money worth would be lower now unless he socked it away in other countries. His family lives in his 17 million dollar estate in Florida which he visited often but not sure how safe he would be if he left Russia for the USA right now. )

This song was originally done by a Kazakhstan band called A Studio. The singer had died. Dimash then stepped in and sang this song. The original band members are accompanying him. So the audience knew very well the song. Also, the chant in the middle of the song is a Kazak traditional death tribute chant. Dimash put it in as tribute to the original singer. Also, the audience would have recognized this for what it is.

DIMASH is a regular sweetheart of the highest level. He shows appreciation and regard to his band members and give credit to their efforts; that is just DIMASH in all his splendor. The fact that all that is straight from the heart shows he is a special person that is not all "full of himself" but means what he says. Many performers with his talent do not know how to be humble and show appreciation for others or devotion to his fans. He is the real deal.

He opened the show and no one, including his fellow competitors (who adore him because of his personality) had never heard him sing. Watch the jaws hit the floor. After that first episode, he needed a security detail because of the fans treating him like the 2nd coming of the Beatles. Igor Krutoy, the man in white shirt giving his standing ovation, invited Dimash to participate in this festival in the same year. "Sinful Passion" was created in 1998. This is how the song was performed, exactly in the 20th anniversary of this song. It speaks of greater love, greater loss, greater despair, greater desire, greater passion. The loss or lack of this love, in Dimash's interpretation, has the dimension of a loss of life, which one is very anxious to restore. In place of the original purely pop instrumental part (inserts), Dimash included (after the last chorus) his vocalize, a stylized onomatopoeic (like a lament) eastern ornament and the words "дай мне, дай" (give me, give me) with a 23-second melismatic on the last syllable, which is not a simple substitute for a pop musical theme, but an extension of the story sung earlier in words. ❤️🎤🔝🌹🌹👏👏👏

@@kpeez no, don’t react to the world best. Dears hate that show. Many of us are boycotting it and won’t watch any reaction to it. They were horrible with him and all the performances are shopped. All the songs of this show have full and better versions from other performances.

Loved your reaction again 😂, it’s truly so much fun reliving the Dimash journey with someone else’s fresh eyes. When you said, I wasn’t ready, we rarely are, his performance styles and vocal technique changes frequently within many compositions, which keeps us mesmerized and captivated. I love how he doesn’t rush through the story he is telling, Love Is Like A Dream is another story, they all are, but Dimash is the best vocal storyteller, he can just lull you into another realm, which is actually what he wants to do, to give us an experience that allows us to escape from reality ❤.

He is a righteous man, humble and funny. He once got hated by a judge because he dropped out of a competition mid way in the US because He doesn't want to compete with the children. He tried to explain how important the children are to him because in his country, Children are treasures that should not be stepped on by the adults or exploited in anyway. He explained that He asked beforehand if the competition involves children (which of course, the show hid from him) prior to signing the contract. He was instead humiliated by the judge. I've never been a fan of any singer all my life, until Dimash happened.

The band named A'Studio that accompanies Dimash, is the same one that composed the song minus the lead singer named Batyrkhan Shukenov, who died of a heart attack in 2015. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, (the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.) The tones in the middle are oriental Arab technique (or traditional qazaq singing, called Joqtaw. It is a lament to the deceased singer). The last run is 24 seconds on 1 breath.

"The song Sinful Passion, was first performed in 1998 by the Kazakh group A’STUDIO and gained leading positions in the CIS charts. Sinful love soon visibly materialized in the clip with soloist Batyrkhan Shukenov. The talented vocalist left the band in 2000. This version of Sinful Passion is very good,no doubt on this,but believe me,there are others 2 versions that i prefer more,and one is my favorite version of this song..I suggest Sinful Passion Moscow concert 2019 with the best video the fancam of Dimash48..In this video fan cam you can see Dimash every second while he sings..It's like being in the front row in person..After seeing this version i think you will thank me for the suggestion..Greetings from Italy

For me, Dimash is the best singer/performer. He is very humble, loves his country and family. He is a man with solid morale/ethical values! I would suggest to do the music video first, then do the Almaty “Stranger Concert” version that took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 23 Sep 2022 . His performances from the Singer 2017 is a great starting point…Loved them all…”Daybreak” stands out for me since it’s based on a tragic event-tissue box needed. The announcer misstated when he said he won The Voice. First of all, he was never on that show. However, he was on a singing competition in China in 2017 which was only with already professional singers and he came in 2nd. And the "ov" at the end of his name is something they add in Russia only. Oh.... you're not the only one (women and men both) who melts when he's performing. 😄
