Passed today first time with 2 minors, in torrential rain for the first 15 minutes! Massive thanks for the ultimate driving course Pin, it helped me so much in between lessons, and I learnt to avoid a lot of common mistakes from the mock tests! Also for anyone with their test coming up, don't stress just focus on the road ahead at all times, and don't dwell on any mistakes! I thought I'd failed and nearly lost concentration but it was only a minor!
Just wanted to say, I passed my test this morning with not ONE minor driving fault. How insane is that! I credit that achievement to my determination but also to this brilliant channel. Thank you so much! 🚗
I passed recently but I love this video, it’s reassuring to know other learners get leg shakes the exact same as I did
I failed my first test with legs shaking. It caused me to stall the car 4 times one after the other coming out of a junction. Passed my test the second time, I kept tension in my foot, I moved the seat a little more forward than I usually had the seat, and kept tension in the foot, not flexing the foot too much. As the shaking legs were just pure nerves, I never had them in lessons just on my two tests. Wishing all new learners good luck! P.s. I am still obsessed with watching all these driving videos even though I have passed. Help me all the time 😊

I passed my test on 17th November First try with 4 minors and I was confident and composed throughout. A tip I can give people who are about to take their test and are feeling anxious is..not to tell anyone you have a test booked before hand, not go in you test wanting to pass first time as that'll add that unwanted pressure on you. If a mistake is made, don't dwell on it, just forget about it and carry on because the chances are you probably didn't even make that mistake. Go with the mind set of "oh well If I don't pass, there's always a next time". That should help lower your nerves. Oh yeah and bring some gum or a sweet to chew or suck on.

Maybe nerves or maybe because you have you foot in the wrong position
If he strengthens the musculature in his legs through resistance training this should help with the driving. I'm not sure if the leg shake was caused by nerves, my legs start shaking during training due to muscle fatigue. Notice it's only the clutch side leg (left leg) shaking because he's trying to add a specific amount of pressure.
I remember failing one test from constant stalling from a shaky leg so I feel for him😢

I only feel bad for the instructor for one reason. If he comes to egypt he might get a heart attack watching how ppl drive.
the subtle looks you give when learners don't listen or make mistakes are hilarious.
I think what it is is that he is hovering his foot over the clutch whilst being nervous as opposed to planting his heel and curling his foot up whilst heel is on the floor. Hovering foot is tiring and difficult especially with all the nerves of stalling and junctions
Mock tests are so useful. They make the learner realize how they need to be in full control of the vehicle, and that the examiner wont intervene unless there is serious danger.

@SparxTheDragonfly
Жыл бұрын
@Keith Sorry but from a mechanical perspective that is just rubbish, there is no wear on the clutch if you’re sitting at traffic lights with your foot down on the clutch and other foot on the brake, the clutch is disengaged at this point.

@@SparxTheDragonfly I never said there was wear on the clutch, the wear occurs on the thrust bearing. When the clutch pedal is up strong springs hold the engine half and the drive half together. This video shows how a learner with 36 hours of lessons, without private practice, would drive on roads which doesn't surprise me. Few weeks ago, I saw another video of a young girl with 36 hours of lessons, without private practice at all, she drives similar like him. Noticed that both have a issue with basic skills, especially cluth control. DVLA advises minimum 45 hours of lessons and 22 hours of private lessons. Insufficient practice reflects on your driving skills. No magic for driving skills, more you drive, more you become confident. Good luck!

@@Clubs_88 you aint got a clue what you are on about 😂 people who pass their test always pick up bad habbits, so its good to go back and drop the habbits and stay driving correctly.
Glad I passed way way before all this new test laws lol
UK driving test might be the hardest one in Europe to be honest. Just passed my test in Denmark, but the UK one looks way harder.

Ukraine is harder. 2 minor fails count as a serious one there.
