@@Gnome7495 You have to hold a long chalk at the back and sweep it in an angle thats like 90 degrees more or less, hold it with little force. I don't know exactly how to explain it, but it is something like that. Then you just keep practising for a few minutes and you have it.

I think they meant his hand doesn't move when he draws a line. Like you know when you try to draw lines on a piece of paper, (or any drawing surface in general) and you sometimes kinda mess it up? That isn't a problem for the guy in the video.

He used his big brain energy to figure out the resonant frequency of chalk so that the peak of the sine would match the coefficient of friction breaking point on the blackboard. he’s not actually moving his hand at all, the chalk is bouncing like a car with locked brakes and vibrating just above the surface, which by changing the angle you change how much it bounces
