「これは、アドヴォカートという卵を使ったリキュールでつくるスタンダードカクテル、スノーボールをツイストしたものです。滋養強壮として成り立つウニクムに、これまた滋養強壮の卵黄を使った、まさしく「健康でしかない」カクテルですね（笑）。最後にジンジャーエールでアップするので、ますます元気になる感じです。」
［レシピ］
◎ウニクム／45ml
◎卵黄／2個分
◎砂糖／1tsp
◎レモンジュース／1tsp
◎レモンピール、ライムピールのゼスト／適量
◎ジンジャーエール／適量
◎トンカビーンズ／適量
［つくり方］
ボウルに卵黄、砂糖、レモンピール、ライムピールを入れよく混ぜる。ウニクムを注ぎ、レモンジュースを入れ再び混ぜる。シェーカーに氷とともに入れシェーク。グラスに注ぎジンジャーエールで満たし、トンカビーンズをゼストする。 ▼▼▼▼▼ #bartender #cocktail #バーテンダー

I visited his bar last summer and it was a great experience. He was easygoing and between his English and my japanese we were able to have a decent conversation. Just be warned that his bar is not the easiest place to find but I think it adds to the appeal. And yes, his cocktails actually are amazing.

I believe I read somewhere that he has a short chat with the customer and, based on that, decides what to concoct for the individual. Any truth to that or did you order your own drink?

@@markbotta8567 : It’s true! He or his assistants will ask you what you like to drink. My ex and I didn’t know what to say, so we said very general things like “sweet/fruity/chocolate,” but I did hear someone in English say specific things like “smokey/tequila/old fashioned,” and they make their renditions of what you might like. Highly recommend going!!

It says in the translation "Pour Unicum" not "Pour Sea Cucumber" in the recipe.

Its a Hungarian Herb Liqueur with a very characteristic bitter taste. There is a wider variety of similar tastes available but I guess here he uses the original. Unicum is not only the brand but the drink as well, there are copies of it but none could create the original taste yet. Ask anything about it !
