CONGRATULATION Ninja, Arigatou gozaimasu! Based on your very well concept and preparation work (Videos, Roadmap, PDF's) I have now (after around 4 weeks) learned all Hiragana letters / alphapet. There are a lot of Video tutorials in KZread, some are also good, but you have really the best concept and best presentation in all your Videos, I can't enough thank you for it. I want to share some highlights of my way to learn, to stay motivated and come every day a step closer to the goal. - First of all: I listen and did what Ninja suggest in all her videos - I did every day small and short lessens with listen, read and write - I go collumn by collumn, the different colours helped a lot, I go to next collumn when characters before are to 80% done in my head - I created own flash cards on paper and take them with me (also out in bus or train, or ares with waiting time e.g. Doctor...) - I installed a simple "Paint App" in smartphone, so I can write each charactor everywhere - in parellel I started the next Video "150 Phrases" to listen and also to write the phrases on flashcards, so it motivated me to write the japanese charactors which I learned before in Hiragana Video and PDF pages. - later I also saw some videos e.g. "shopping" , "Star Bucks" etc, with this I could step by step see the characters and listen to them - I also saw some videos from other tutorial channels. - but my main goal was to learn Hiragana complete and good, so that I can also go to next step to learn "Katagana" - Sometimes when I did'nt understand some things (Te-Form), I googled it or better I use my "KI App with ChatGPT) it gives me good answer for better understanding. I also started with Kanji understnading. So, my motivation to write this is only to say "yes, it's feasible", And finally: I like to write the characters: it's like a therapy to write and paint all the letters. Japanese ふ is not FU or HU actually 🥺 But we need to use fu/hu to write in English (Romaji). The sound doesn’t exist in English. But the sound is like .. try to blow a candle and make ‘hu’ sound. 🕯️

Is S and Z are same ??

The characters for that are the exact same for the Ka colum just with a dakuten so it dosent really need its own column because it's not its own set of characters. It is only its own set of sounds

I'm confused about this character. If I watch this video on my laptop, the Ki character is different than the one here on my phone. In my laptop, the hook in the bottom of the character is continuous. While here in my phone , that hook in the bottom is cut. Why is it like that. Is that a different way of writing Ki?

さ き ふ り These characters also look different from how we write☺️ It’s the difference between the FONT and how we write. Just like English ‘a’ This font look different from how you write.
