Another one i love and one i really need with my hips and spine. I really felt so much the loosening in the hip on that last one and no issues with my knees like i did have about a month ago. Each of these you give us helps the same issues but in different ways ..it's so exciting to experience the difference. Thank you always.

WOW i could go further back then other times ...better than just 5 days ago when i commented before (smile)...and by the end of the video i could almost totally sit back on hip...that's huge progress from where i was at with hip issue after healing spinal vertebrae fracture from two years ago and my hips being so locked up ever since.. This has been tremendous help. I know i keep saying that but it really is and i want others to know it's worth doing because so many things did not help me at all and even made it worse. These movements are so well coordinated that the body loves them and responds so much more than it does to static stretching which never helped me and often made things tighter instead of more mobile. Again many thanks to Taro...beautiful teacher.

I believe there is a way for you to choose to have commercials play at the beginning and end rather than in the middle of the video. Wonderful set. As you said for the third exercise... "mind your knees". I suggest not to charge the bended knee and do not overdo the exercise. If there is no bad injury in the knee, slowly the tissues will become more flexible. Always soft and slow. Do not overpass your range of motion.

@@TaroIwamoto Thanx for your reply. I don't mean to be rude. The thing for me is that when getting older -I'm 60 now- things happen in the body that younger people simply don't understand. It's so much more complex and that's what's annoys me. I keep thinking just wait and see. So I have to deal with my daily training on my own. I run a lot (crossed Europe a few years back 50k per day for 3 months) I do weights, picked up indoor climbing, play tennis, do skiing, and more. Plus being a type-1 diabetic. Do you think sitting on a chair working out is the way to go for me? Problem is that in order to help a person like me with training one needs to know what happens to an aging body and my experience is that a person need to experience it first hand to understand. My own daughter is a first class yoga instructor and PT. My god I tried and she tried to help, but no I'm on my own, and this goes for my over all health as well. Doctors know shit about health. It's totally my own responsibility. I've come to realize that the last 5-6 years, and even more the last 2 for sure. Anyway, all the best to you. I'm just a bit frustrated that's all.
