Reaching Navi Mumbai Airport is easier than Pune Defence Airport 😂 from Hinjewadi

As a proud person living in pune, i am proud of how much pune has grown and now has the 2nd most quality of life living in india. now even metro is being built. only thing remaining is an international airport....sadly politics has made that impossible.

Navi Mumbai International Airport will cater passengers from well-connected cities like Nashik and Pune through world-class expressways. It is sad but alright, atleast there is an airport. The budget isn’t enough and the defense budget of India is like 80 billion dollars while it should be 90-100 billion dollars to cater necessities.

​@@DDG_IN47 yes, and the choke points near lonavala will soon be replaced with a 8 lane expressway built on tunnels and bridges. The existing expressway on the Mumbai side is also being widened and this project is close to completion as per Droneman videos. Hinjewadi to the airport will actually be just 1.5 hours.

Being an ex-Punekar, I am aww with the video and Hinjewadi. But here's the dark facts: 1. Connectivity is utter nonsense. Why an IT city would take an enormous time to start a metro? 2. Waste management in Hinjewadi and other areas that are still under gram panchayat is worse than 2tier city. 3. What local govt is to tackle this is far from knowing. Complained many times but the thought of worst cases; is happening! and the problems go on. Yaar, I live in Nashik, we are way ahead in some of the things than Pune. Both are in MH. Then WHY?????

bhai Hinjewadi has anything but "impeccable infrastructure". It has such massive jams every day, just one major road leading from the main city and very few number of busses.

even New York city is known for its heavy traffic having far better infrastructure than our cities...how much you bulid roads and other infrastructures in India traffic congestion will be always there...our population density is quite big😢

@@subhankardutta3516 bro New york grew organically. Hinjewadi was planned. And yet the planners did such a shit job. Just one 4 lane approach road from the city for a planned workspace for 5 lakh people. That is what is frustrating, the lack of foresight.

Pune is the best place in World... No One can beat Pune.

Empty pride. I live in Hinjawadi, and we are generational Punekars, but there is no political will power to better Pune. The city has huge potential, but we can not move forward unless there is an influential leader who is truly invested in this city’s progress. Infrastructure is a joke. The Hinjawadi IT belt brings billions of dollars in revenue, still does not have good connectivity.

Thanks Droneman for making this video possible and I am greatly feel proud of Hinjewadi as I am living and working there but the sad part is the metro construction cause too much pollution and the pace is so slow that it makes the traffic worse than ever especially while rainy days hope it will complete soon.

Title is Hinjawadi but multiple times Balewadi is shown in the visuals like the high street glass buildings and its nearby residential areas. And from Development perspective it is still Gram Panchayat ! It is still not in municipal limits and the issues which residents face eg water etc are totally ignored.

Mast video banaya yar pure pune city kharadi ,vimannagar ,magarpatta koregaon park bhi cover Karo.

Cities like Mumbai and Pune look well developed and beautiful from a drone view thanks to the private sector. But only we know what sort of mess the BMC and PMC have made on ground. Mumbai is still okay, upto some extent. But Pune? Below average roads and non existent footpaths. Horrible level of cleanliness! Illiterate and uncivilised driving with no traffic management. Modi had promised 100 smart cities back in 2015. Almost 10 years are up, and not even 10% of Pune has been developed. Railways and Smart cities are 2 of the biggest scams of this Govt. But anyway if i have to say 2 positive things - 1. Travelling through Hindjewadi/Baner area at night is really beautiful on the highways. Roads are decent, and the buildings and shops with their lighting looks good. Best thing u cant see the trash on side of the road at night! 2. Metro line 3 is being built to connect Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar. Though it was long due, finally the construction is going on in full pace!

Road infrastructure is not of good quality. Even Pakistan's roads are better than this.
