ഓം ശാന്തി ഹേ മനുഷ്യാ, നീ ആത്മാവാകുന്നു. ___ പരമാത്മാ ഉവാച:_ ലോകേfസ്മിൻ ദ്വിവിധാ നിഷ്ഠാ പുരാ പ്രോക്താ മയാനഘ ജ്ഞാനയോഗേന സാംഖ്യാനാം കർമയോഗേന യോഗിനാം. (ഗീത_4/36). ഓരാൾ തന്നെത്താൻ ഉദ്ദരിക്കണം. ഒരാളും സ്വയം അധപതിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും അവനവൻ തന്നെയാണ് ബന്ധുവും ശത്രുവും ആയിത്തീരുന്നത്. ( ഗീത 6/5) ജ്ഞാനവും യോഗവും ചേർന്ന രാജയോഗ ധ്യാനം നിങ്ങളുടെ അറിവിലേക്കായി വളരെ ചുരുക്കി എഴുതുന്നു. യോഗി ( പരമാത്മാവുമായി യോഗം ചെയ്യുന്ന ആൾ) വളരെ പൊക്കമുള്ളതൊ താഴ്‌നതോ അല്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലത്ത് പലകയിലോ വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ വിരിച്ചോ പദ്മാസനത്തിൽ ഇരുന്നു ( പറ്റാത്തവർ കസേരയിൽ ഇരുന്നു) നെട്ടല്ലുനിവർത്തി തല ഉയർത്തി ഇരുപുരികങ്ങൾക്കും മധ്യേ മനസ്സിനെ കേന്ദ്രീകരണം( ഗീത_6/11) ആത്മാവായ ഞാൻ ഇരു പുരിഗങ്ങൾക്കും മധ്യേ നെറ്റിത്തടത്തിനകത്ത് ശോഭിക്കുന്ന ജ്യോതിർ ബിന്ദു ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കി പരമാത്മാവിനെ ഓർമിക്കണം. ഇതിനെ യോഗം എന്ന് പറയുന്നു. (ഗീത_6/14) ഇങ്ങനെ യോഗം ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് ഇഹലോകത്തിലും പരലോകത്തിലും നാശമില്ല. എന്തെന്നാൽ ആത്മലാഭാർത്തം മംഗള കർമ്മം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരാളും ദുർഗതി പ്രാപിക്കുകയില്ല. ( 6/40) ചിത്തവൃത്തികളടക്കി ഏകാഗ്രധ്യാനത്തിലൂടെ ബ്രഹ്‌മപദം പൂകുന്ന യോഗി, ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളുടെ പൂർത്തി കരണത്തിനായി തപസ്സ് യാഗം ഹോമം പൂജകൾ വ്രതങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ ചെയ്യുന്നവരെകാളും ശ്രേഷ്ഠനാണ് എന്ന് പരമാത്മാവ് പറയുന്നു. ( ഗീത _ 6_46) _________ ആത്മ ജ്ഞാനം, പരമാത്മ പരിചയം, രാജയോഗ ശിക്ഷണം, സത്യസത്യമായ ഭഗവദ് ഗീത ജ്ഞാനം തുടങ്ങിയ സനാതന ധർമ്മ വിഷയങ്ങൾ സൗജന്യമായി പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു, പ്രജാപിത ബ്രഹ്മകുമാരിസ്‌ ഈശ്വരീയ വിശ്വ വിദ്യാലയത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ സെന്ററുകളിലും. ഒരു ദിവസം ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ എന്ന രീതിയിൽ 7 ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസുകൾ തികച്ചും സൗജന്യമാണ്. ജാതി, മതം, ലിംഗം, പ്രായ വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഈ അവസരം ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താം. ഓം ശാന്തി.
