Recently in my town, maid got jailed for 10 years for threatening the house owner in false rape case if he did not pay 50 lakhs. RESPECT THOSE WOMAN WHO DESERVED TO BE RESPECTED.

Education has nothing to do with sick individuals. Hats off to the maid for speaking up. It was hard to swallow for the wife.

My brother miss behaved with my house help in our absence. He is a notoriously famous for his miss conduct so I didnt even question the girl and confronted my brother. I apologized to her countless times, gave her the option to quit right then with pay severance. When she said she won't quit coz she might face the same problem in the next place of work as well, here at least we are being humane to her. So I gave her a paid leave for a few days and now I m always vigilant and never ask her to work in our absence. But I felt so sorry for her, for myself and females like us who have to face sexual harassment at our work places and then think...next will be same too so let's just continue with this

And just to answer your question....I will let the victim make the decision how she/he wants to punish him. Firstly hats off to the maid to speak boldly..According to me, firstly I checked it for few days and if this happens then I will take a strict action against him whether he is my family member also..

If it were my husband with the maidservant I would have punished him accordingly, actually it's happened to me,I caught my husband red-handed in his office with his employee, a factory worker and am fighting a divorce case since last three years since the society doesn't support a woman who speaks out or fights for her rights. They instead illtreat and abuse her .

Well I faced same situation and I trusted my maid. I talked with my husband he said he didn't know what was he doing. We were going through very rough times and our relationship was also very critical at that time. He said sorry and I forgive him we are human beings and sometimes we do things we don't intend to. He said sorry to maid aswell.

It all depends on how you were grown up, values teaches you, society, family background etc Education doesn't give guarantee that the person will do not do this kinda behaviour.

FIRST - if I would have been in that place....I would have a hidden camera for about a month and every day i can check whether what maid is telling is truth or not. so then if I find out that shes telling the truth then just get divorce from husband. Because him.. living inside house with his wife's presence being there.. does this kind of job and hides all this disgusting intentions from his own wife...then just think what he must be doing outside..like in office or also conference meeting ke naam pe kya karta hoga? SECOND- if u found out that maid was lying and husband didnt even had any intentions about her, nor he didnt even stare at maid... then it's best to throw that maid out.

Maid ko ghar me rakh lo aur husband ko marwa do. Ek mahila hi dusari mahila ko badnam ker rhi h. Isliye humne to apne ghar me maid hi nhi rakhi sabhi kam ke liye machines h. Washing machine, dish washer, food processor, cleaning robot, roti maker, micro wave oven etc.

There r two situations here. One is husband, second is maid. 1st deal with no.2 i.e; Maid. Maid must be saved from anything wrong happening to her. The girl should talk to her husband openly, confront him, unbiased. So that he knows he has to keep himself in limits. The maid will be saved while being on job. 1. That is husband, that is her personal issue and how much she decides to bare, her financial, social, etc situations, every girl has different opinion and different levels of reactions. But if she knows that her husband is a threat to someone she must take a solid action immediately..

Both the wife and maid should made a plan and try to keep noticing harsh and try to catch harsh red handed, in this way the wife will get to know about harsh and then both can decide what to do with him.

Wife and maid both have to confront husband together. That way he will know his wrong doings are out in the open and he cant get out of this by lying. If he is a predator, the wife should stop living in a farce and be prepared to move on.

Wife can sense if husband had bad feelings towards the maid, so actually she can create a situation to test her husband

I mean office jaane se pehle ek helping hand ke liye, aur office se aane ke baad jab aap thak jaate ho, us time ke liye maids rakho, taaki maids ko sahi monitoring kr skte ho, aur ghar mein ek check bhi rakh skte ho, aur tumhara help bhi ho sake.
