Absolutely right we hire a maid service to clean our house and you cannot treat them like in India. You learn a lot about dignity of labor and respect. They may have their kids go to college and become professionals too. I am not kidding. My gardners kid wants to study to become a mechanical engineer.

I have 3 maids at my house in my hometown...my father and mother and grandmother lives their all our maids are like a family to us....their functions and sadness everything is shared at my house...they also take off whenever they have work... not a sunday particularly but on weekdays too...all of them are so generous to me whenever i visit my home....they make me food i love the most and things to take away with me when im leaving....how u treat people matters.

I'm becoming fan of this channel content and presentation skills.. Just loved how beautifully they explain this.. Applause for the whole team

I get the point of this video, but imagine someone who is in their late 80s with nobody to look for yet they are on their own financially but need some physical support for the household chores. Of course, considering 2-3 leaves per month, shouldn't this category be exempted?

Agree. Those are exceptional cases. But for people who are not in that vulnerable category, this should be the norm. Agsan, maybe they can and paid extra on weekends for working overtime if they are working in the houses of old people and their children are staying abroad or in a different city.

Uh....NO! There is absolutely no excuse for not giving people days off! When they have off days, the elderly person simply hires someone else to work 'part time ' on the days the 'full time ' maid is not there. This is what my parents do.

Out of all short films I had noticed that Life tak produces the best short film.

I've never been a fan of any channel other than money related, finance related or education related.....then I randomly stumbled upon this one Lifetak......thought it's just another Corporate Lifestyle comedy type channel......but some videos of the same like : Aaj Phir late and this one.....I'm 100% sure this channel is doing something nobody else is ......making dehumanized people more human.......a quality that is very much required in the long term, amongst all the mechanical and digital world. Weekends here is friday and Saturday so my maid gets off on Friday and half day on Saturday.. she doesnt live in with us but comes morning till evening.. as soon I m back from work she leaves at 5pm

but here the topic is different. in this video they tried to convey the msg that like us our household helpers also need break in every week for their own work . I live in Dubai and here fridays are off for all workers and maids also . So they don’t take leave at any working day bcoz they always plan to finish their important work in weekends and enjoy also.

I have been with some maids whom u give off n it's never enough.. The second or third day is extended with no hesitation.. N even with dose who make very fake weird noises of fever on phone.. But yes if u pay dem for Deir extra needs clothes n kids dey show better honesty...

They spend quality time with their children,that is the best, a mum is a mum whether you are poor or rich.
