Respected Sir 🙏 My learnings from this video are 1-It is a big responsibility of the leader that the strategy made in the HO meeting should be explained to the juniors as soon as possible by going to all the HQs and after a few days needed strong follow up should be done. 2-As Leaders should expend more time with weak area and manager that's everyone performs and the results are better. 3-As a leaders ensure good and non political environment in team.
