    Dear Sir, thanks for the great leadership and being the great mentor of my carrier. From this video, I learnt that: 1. My time allocation to my juniors should be almost equal. 2. Top managers should reduce their universe to few limited people for effective implementation of H.O. strategies, then should the check the intensity of propagation of the message to lower levels and should take feedback fom the field. 3. Whatever the strategies, seniors discuss in meetings or team meetings, we have to implement them in the field.and always be updating ourselves about company strategies and policy like incentives, brochures detailing new products sales trends etc. 2.
