This movie shows the quest for the biblical Nard plant (Nardostachys grandiflora DC) in the Dolpo region of Nepal. It follows Walter De Boeck, co-founder of Cîme skin care, through his trip made in the Nepalese Himalayas in 1999 , together with his Nepalese friend Rana Bahadur Rawal. It gives a good insight in living conditions in this remote area of Nepal as well as the botanical riches of the Himalayan region.
