Himalayan 450 Rally Performance Mods: FuelX Pro Plus, Decat Pipe, Way2Speed Air Filter

4.7 BHP and 4.8 Nm torque gain at part throttle riding! Massive gains have been made to the Project Himalayan 450 Rally Raid bike by just installing the Powertronic Fuel X Pro Plus.
But it doesn't stop there. So that the bike breathes better, we also have a free-er flowing air filter by Way2Speed and a decat pipe which also brings the total weight of the bike down by another 2.5 kg. The Project Himalayan 450 now weighs 162 kg dry.

This is exactly the type of exhausts i like 👌🏻 Not too loud but just a little fruitier. I have been on a hunt for an axhaust to lighten my motorcycle without it sounding loud!

Nice and the sound is sweet ☺️ I think if you’re working on a rally one, I think you should think of replacing or do some modifications on tank, lighter and less fuel capacity, so that it will reduce another 4-5kg less 😊 just a suggestion

You need to do something about the big chunk of a bracket behind the headlight which I guess will help reduce more weight 👍👏👏

Is Royal Enfield okay with this? Some of my friends having 411s have had no gains and warranty rejects after it failed and their fuel pumps went bad

What's the purpose of resonator? Anyone?
Hello! I Just got the product for my svartpilen 401. I have a question that can not be answered by the manual: I Know that setting the map 10 is the reachest one, but if I want to have the Best perfomance should I always have it in map 10? I have installed and air filter and an Akrapovic exhaust. Iive in a City with a elevation of 3,050 feet or 925 mts above sea level. If I want the Best perfomance what is the recomendable map according to my parameters

I just had 1 suggestion.. since the bike came out I have been hearing a lot about the weight of tank.. since it's made of metal and other bikes like ktms make it from fiberglass or some other material.. basically plastic.. can we also make 1 from fiberglass??

Actually, this bike's weight is very well balanced. It doesn't feel heavy to ride at all. What I'm doing though is completely different
There is no point at all, making the part throttle richer. You don't need power at part throttle, that's the point of part throttle. So you might as well run it lean and save on fuel. The only thing that's going to change running it richer at part throttle, is that it uses more fuel.

Despite decades past, Khatara manufacturing company RE couldn't even make one good machine. Even companies like Hero( known for commuter bikes )launched so many good bikes.

He is not saying anyone to remove it.he is gonna use it just for the trails as he has other bikes for road use
A fully re-built BS3 with a 477 big bore kit, a high lift cam and a few simple performance mods will beat this piece of junk hands down any time any day ! Shame on RE for cheating unsuspecting customers with this absolute good for nothing motorcycle.
