u also need to oil and clean the inner sleeve @1:26 of and spring @2:30 or the gun will not reload and be a pain in the ass to fucking shoot the inner sleeve is easy to locate by sticking ur finger down the part which hes using the brush to clean at @1:26 theres 4 wedges that need oil to run down the out side of that sleeve, which is separate to the cleaning of the inner chamber as shown when he puts the brush down the middle.. at first if not oiled correctly that sleeve will be stiff as buggery, once oiled it will move freely, i usually use the brush and oil to get that inner sleeve to oil up for correct reloading. the spring @1:35 and cap, under it needs oiling and cleaning for it to actuate correctly, i place it down on my knee and press the spring down clean away the excess powder and then apply oil with my finger around the out side of where that spring moves against the barrel i use these guns for work. this is how i get mine to work smoothly, no chunkyness easy reloads all the time

@@Barondogboy if ya gun dosent have them prolly useless bits that they never change the mold for i dont know.. lol with out looking at some thing i cant tell u wat it is. i stopped working with these tools after they gave me lead poisoning... id shot over 20k shots for a job only to find that 1 packet of shot, had the warning may contain lead.. went and got a blood test and turns out i was level 3 out of 4 levels of blood lead levels... level 3 meaning stop exposure realy quickly, level 4 being stop work immediatly. if ur shoothing these guns with out a breath mask that stops fine particals of heavy metals, then chances are your getting lead poisoning also. good luck .. and get ur self a blood test

it seems that in argentina , and only in argentina after using dx460 the cleaning and the "piston" chageging cant be done by the user ,now my question is ; why includes the cleaning kit and the spray oil.. if it not , where is it ? ,im tyre to see hilti tutorials in which the users made the cleanigto the machine and HILTI sugest the piston changing when is damaged in CORDOBA ,,ARGENTINA if i have to clean the machine they send it to service!!!!! i think there is two options; and exesive carefull for a quality machine or i have to PAY one or two times at week the maintenance ... can you explain me that?????
