Lizzie doesn’t even talk to Ms ungermire at the trevi fountain. She talks to gordo and tells him to ignore undermire and they make a wish and throw a coin in the fountain. Then Paolo shows up and then lizzie lies and says shes sick so she can meet up with Paolo. She doesn’t break her toe wth? LOL

in the Billboard Quiz with Hilary Duff and Meghan Trainor, around the 2:50 mark, this exact question is asked, and I think that's where they got the wrong info from haha. I'm paraphrasing, but they ask something like "is it true or false that Lizzie lies about breaking her toe to meet Paolo", and Meghan answering it (correctly) as being false it still somehow made its way as a fact in this video...

As a grown ass men i can say that Hilary represents my childhood in the 00's, not only Lizzie her movies like raise your voice, cinderella story and cheaper by dozen are iconic to me! when she booked in my country in the dignity tour i was so young for been in a concert by myself but my old brother went alone and told me how amazing concert gave! Every song that i listen is a nostalgic moment for me because my old brother dont live with me anymore... but Hilary Duff songs and movies always will have a space in my heart! They should have told her the answer right after she answered the question- it would have been more fun and entertaining that way.
