Beltre had all kinds of fun banter between teams. He was good friends with the ace pitcher of Seattle, forget his name now of course, but they would always jaw at each other between pitches. Beltre like no put it right here and the dude would throw it at there and Beltre would do his knee swing and laugh it all off when he missed. Talk back and forth on the way to the bases and everything. Was a fun guy to watch all the time. Really lightened up the team, others getting in on the act. Fun baseball

Garilee Mcglumphry they get away with it quite a bit. Especially closers who are only in for 1-2 innings. Starting pitchers get caught.
