The intruder must be thoroughly investigated. My Maine Coon attacked a stuffed toy cat thinking it was a real cat invading her domain.

Cats are sooo very clever. Although they are predators, they are also prey. So it is very sensible to use caution when inspecting strange new things. I just LOVE how cats interact with their world so intelligently. How FUN to see your Coons inspecting the new "cat". They had to call in the army for this big intruder. 😅
Mostly all are so so cautious and suspicious but one brave soul made biscuits on the Pallas pillow and laid down on it and another bravely squished into the cat cave with it. All the other cat will worship the sheer audacity of them forever. ❤

I walk my Pretty Boy outside in my fenced yard on a harness and leash. Whenever he sees a twig on the ground he jumps straight up and runs midair……..maybe it’s a snake? One time he saw a black marble in the dirt and jumped backwards then tried to run up into the air. I have no idea what he thought that was! I love cats! 🐈⬛🐈

Why are they SO curious ???.Apparently my Katz are jaded.... I provide them with awesome toys and they come in with a cotton swab or if they are Really lucky . the top ring of a Gatorade bottle. They have cubicles tunnels playhouses toys for a lifetime....no interest at all. I suppose it's living with a 24,000 as.foot backyard. And BTW Robert....you have GORGEOUS furniture. I love wood furniture and have some nice pieces. Antiques as modern wood furniture...just doesn't have I it. Fangs fur sssharing yr family with us
