I grew up in the exact same area as her- and let me tell you- she does have a slight Northern Virginia "accent" but I think she hams it up a bit. Or maybe nerves make it more pronounced. I have a very similar accent to her. Thats how we all talk in Loudoun County, Virginia. I dont care about how she speaks. She is gorgeous!

If you watch hilarie Burton playing Peyton you can see hilarie Burton coming out in Peyton especially in the last season when her and chad Michael Murray were on the way to be married. She was hilarious.

just an FYI- i was referring to her hair malfunction she talks about in the interview. Not how her hair looks in this interview. her hair looks pretty here. lol

where the hell did she get her hair done!? i want to know so i can avoid it! lol
