Remember the crazy situation with Moses ex (Daphne), Hila believed that girls horrible allegations with no hesitation, she and Ethan were very public about that. Later it transpired that it was not true (hense why they never mentioned anything about that again and expected to reconnect since they were so close). I have two older brothers who still aren't on speaking terms and it's been about 25 years - 30 years and I'm 29. It is hard but you learn to cope. They at least got to a point where rhey could talk about light things (books, movies, what pizza is best) so holidays became easier. Unpopular opinion, but the Kleins, Trisha, and Moses are the ones responsible for the family rift. Ethans parents and sister played a part, and Ethan played a part as well as Trisha and Moses. Hila is probably the only one, yet she didn't say anything when Ethan and his family went after Trisha and was told that she can't respond back because of Hila

that has to be so tough on Hila.. glad she seems to be doing ok though. Seems like Moses got what he wanted in the end. A millionaire wife, a child and being known on the internet and some distance to his family which always appeared to be a pressure point to him. We know their (Hila's and Moses') family is difficult.

i think she was cut off in basically this entire clip by the both of them while reluctantly sharing bits and pieces of her trauma, which was being used as a conversation piece/"tea"

I honestly think all of them are to blame not just Trisha or Moses. Trisha is Trisha, what do you expect. I just feel like they never fully accepted her into their family and she felt that. Especially Hila. She didn’t want Moses to marry her. They keep talking about their strict family. How they are from Israel and everything is different there and that they are not as open to welcome somebody like Trish as for Moses. Like ofcourse she felt that. It just seemed like they wanted to control his life a bit as his older sister/ brother in law. Like just let the man live and make his own decisions. And from what I remember from frenemies that started the whole fallout is that Trish felt some type of way because she couldn’t talk about Ethan and Hilas personal life. But yet, they were doing the same thing to her. Talking about her life and her relationship with Moses. That was very hypocritical of them. And I feel like it was mostly Hila, cause Ethan is okay with talking about anything he just always stops himself because “Hila doesn’t want us to talk about it”. So I completely understand why Trish felt the way she felt. She didn’t feel welcomed, she felt judged, she felt like she couldn’t talk about the things that bother her with her in laws even tho they were allowed to say whatever they want about her. So I completely understand. I’m not saying she was right but neither was Hila and Ethan. As for Moses, he’s a grown man that can make his own decisions and he probably felt like his family was trying to control him all the time and just said fuck it im gonna be with Trisha. If you like it or not. He’s also at fault for cutting his family off. But it’s just a tough situation to be in when your family doesn’t accept the person you are with and eventually you have to choose a side. So yeah it’s everybody’s fault for not handling things better but in my opinion it started with Moses’s judgemental family.

But imagine if that family member had aggressive stage 5 cancer and died suddenly, or died in a car accident, then the rest of your life would be mired with regret. This kind of stuff happens all the time IRL. It's not often someone's family has a huge fall out online. But their are A LOT of people who haven't seen their cousins before or in a very long time. Some people are just toxic and sometimes people don't feel like they need to apologize and try to move forward. I'm not saying that's what they need to do, but I am saying it's sad and I hope in the future things figure themselves out. Actions speak louder than words. (Trisha and Moses)

the thing about it is that Hila is the one being immature because she is not talking to her brother just because she has problems with her brother's spouse. Trisha has made public apologies and tried to break bread but it is Ethan and hila that refuse to accept her apologies literally no one is stopping them from making peace with Moses, yes Trish did things that damaged their friendship. but that has been a pattern for Trish in general because she is unwell and they knew that before they started making content together.

That's not true. Trisha leaked their texts and Hila said she won't talk to Moses because of the allegations against him, which is why Ethan said he forgives Trisha for everything but still won't talk to Moses.
