Thanks a lot the video is superb, but please I'm having challenges setting my mouse, its not displaying on the screen, i have tried replacing it with another its still not work. Please how do i solve this problem? Thanks in anticipation

hi, thanks dear. mouse is just plug and play . there is no setting . please try connecting with other USB ports. Bluetooth mouse will not work, but wireless RF will

Hi , sorry for late reply. some NVR has its own POE ports at the backside of NVR. This model doesn't have POE ports , so you can buy POE switch to connect the cameras and NVR .
