Hiking to one of Washington's Most Beautiful Alpine Lakes: Lake 22!
A few weeks ago, Washington finally got some sun, so we headed to the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest to hike to Lake 22! This beautiful alpine lake was made even more incredible by the sunny weather and the snow that still sprinkle the surrounding mountains.

What date/period of the year did you hike this trail?
This one looks awesome! All trails says its 6.8, is that if you go all the way around? also it doesn't recommend it for kids, do you think its ok for ones that have completed moderate trails before?

Yeah, I would assume it’s that length if you go all the way around…I think this one would be fine for kids! It’s not very hard, just make sure they’re careful on the spots where it’s a bit more exposed. 🙂
