The really long premoves are common endings, there is a method to each one and from a certain position you simply win if you make the correct sequence of moves and it does not matter what your opponent plays. Reuben Fine wrote a book explaining and giving examples of all of the possible chess endgames. You would be amazed, there are for example endgame positions with 7 pawns, 2 rooks, a Knight, and two bishops vs 6 pawns, 2 rooks, a bishop, and two knights, that are completely winning for one side or the other. It is technically possible (though it would probably never happen in over the board play) to have an endgame position with every single piece and pawn but one each on the board that was simply won for one side given correct play. The shorter ones earlier in the game are mostly captures and recaptures, but sometimes he premoves a pawn or piece after he forces his opponent to defend or move something or when he gives check.

Just stabilize the position with a knight, then push the queen out. Nelson has 1 developed move, you have 3. You easily win the midgame, his endgame is trash.

i beat nelson my first day of playing chess somehow.. i think im some kind of chess prodigy and proceed to get destroyed by elo 400 humans until i was 100 and yeah i'll stick to watching chess. i played the version of only 3 minutes so ill just use that as an excuse to preserve my dignity and never discover if i'd do better with more time

I love how Hikaru is so beginner-friendly, even when he doesn’t “here, here, hiar, takes, takes, and that’s just losing” or “if takes, takes..” etc., it seems like he sometimes intentionally shows what trade/moves/idea he thinks we might be seeing, right before making his move. IMO a lot of low MMRers like myself don’t mind having no clue what’s going on at time but he has the patience to clue us in to keep all skill levels engaged.

Nelson isn't that hard to beat, but back when i didn't know the full scholars lines i was struggling a lot so its understandable a lot of ppl felt good when he crushed him

I love how hanging his queen in the first game isn't considered a blunder

@@TheRamblingJewShow Well typically he makes like one or two blunders, but honestly you have to be a bit higher level than 1300 to take advantage of them as the threats he makes are pretty insane. Outside of those couple sneaky blunders he makes he honestly plays damn near perfect for his opening choice.

@@danielmoreno2969 not bad that's awesome but I was expecting a bit higher than that well I am 1500 rated fide at best including rapid I don't play blitz or bullet since I am bad at it I started playing chess back in 2015 as a high school sport but took a long gap and went back just 2years ago after the Netflix series Queen's Gambit, however, one of my friends didn't stop kept on going at that time I was 1300rated to 1400 at best he would always blunder pieces we started the same year but I was 7months in so I had a slight advantage ever since he kept on improving for 7 years straight right now just there and there but right now in 2024 his online rating well above 2400+ rated in rapid or blitz or bullet I don't know about his true fide probably over 2100+ rated lmo if I didn't leave I would be very good at it can't believe I left chess to play useless video games 🤣🤣

It's easy just play stable opening,because you know where he is going with queen you just attack it.After you take queen,even after trade queens bot self destroys,because it's programmed mostly to play aggressive with queen especially.

@@dre5586 giri just likes to take draws a lot in competitive games. he repeats moves a lot and shoots for draws to avoid losses (more of a “extra safe” kind of strategy) but he gets teased for doing this bc it makes things boring
