I finally got this working on wifi, you need to make sure you have the main door station ip Under session settings And under main station you need to have the indoor intercom ip. And then do everything else this guy does and it will work in wifi.

im confused. been trying to make it work on wifi for months

In vdp kv6113 to connect door sensor alarm yhere is a terminal AIN1 and GRD with 5v in open condition. Sfter connecting a reed swtich door sensor, where to configure alarm, whether alarm will display in Monitor Kh6320 or in Hikiconnect phone. I have connected a magnetic reed contact on the terminal but no alarm appears anywhere. Please help

I have a set of 2 Outdoor and 2 Indoor. Where should I insert a memory card? Is it enough for each device or is it enough in one?

Yes, the SD card only able to slot into indoor device only for snapshot button purpose only.

I have one question about the outdoor unit if I have 7 units i must to make one of them as a main and the rest of theses unit will be sub that's right?

yes, if you want to outdoor press the call. all have to Ring, (if ur old firmware please upgrade new, new firmware can be more extension added)

Yes, u can. But everything need set to be static IP.

How about 4 Outdoor with 1 Indoor.? Can please help me?

Same, u just make the “Door Station No” become 2 for outdoor, 3 for another outdoor, 4 is for another outdoor. Make sure u get the intercom are updated firmware. If not will cause system not stable.

I have 3 hikvision facial ds-k1t671mf but none of than show me that option of "press button to call" in the intercom menu. can you tell me why ?

Plz go to hik vision website, please select ur own region and search the model. Get the latest firmware and upgrade it. That will shown this button

Yes you can unlock the door via Hik connect apps, just add the indoor unit to your hik connect account will do.

can it be more than 2 outdoor units

I also hard to confirm this, based on customer experience, Could be 7 outdoor unit to operate, 1 Main outdoor, 6 sub outdoor

Yes, it can. However, for stability, better both upgrade to latest firmware, and choose the high n model to be main outdoor, and low n model be sub outdoor

Kindly check ur firmware version. Currently this intercom have latest firmware. It might more easier
