That first Wrexham goal was simply amazing. It was almost slow-mo to the point where the Burton Albion Keeper didn't even bother stopping it lol

League Cup? Not a priority, hence the 2nd 11 on the field after just a 2 day break. The League and Shrewsbury in the FA cup are the focus. However, Arthur Okonkwo is back at Arsenal having his jaw fixed so its down to Howard to protect the goal from now on i think. May have to get another keeper on loan sharpish...

Highly unlikely but Danny Ward isn't doing much at Leicester. Wouldn't it be great to see him back at Wrexham. Rumours are suggesting Cardiff though

The second goal by Burton was interrupted by the ref. Old fart should stay out of the way. If the wrexham player was defending it properly it would of been okay but he backed off cause of the ref leading to the goal.

Not the greatest performance but considering this was against a league one side and we were playing substitutes instead of starters, it's not a horrible one, was expecting a bigger loss tbh.

Burton are 17th in League one. If Wrexham are going to get promoted this early then they will be in a lot of trouble without having to break FFP rules

@@Whatthescallop1776 Doesn't really matter when you consider that Wrexham played their subs this match which honestly are moreso national league level or maybe lower. There is a fairly big gap between league one and league two, just because one is top in league two and one is bottom in league one doesn't mean the league two one will compete better as the league one side has access to more resources, like for example, even Burnley would still win against most championship clubs atm even though they're relegation zoned in the premier league.
