The level of officiating in this sport will forever hold it back. Blatant trip by Bousquet not given as a yellow card & then he goes on to score. Luckily it didn't matter.

Wigan recently won a world club championship because of objectively poor officiating, I'm sure they won't mind a missed trip call against them here or there.

First try was questionable at best for Wigan. Cry more. You won the gf and wcc with the same referee as the play off semi. Only someone who doesn't have cherry-tinted glasses could see how that is nothing short of a disgrace. There's nothing wrong with complaining about how you're wronged, so long as you admit to everything that goes in your favour. Not all of it is good playing.

Referee had another complete bottle job, a trip has always been a card offence. Wigans attack shape still struggles again an aggressive defence

Jack Smith has to be one of the worst referees in the sport, apart from that great second-half performance from Wigan🍒⚪️
