Yes. It was uphill at the end and it looked to me as if he could have taken it, had he really tried, and it also looked to me as if Wout knew it.

@@torben777we’ve now seen “Unchained” and we know for sure that Vingegaard slowed down on purpose. He could easily have won the TT.

A very memorable and exciting Tour. Thank you to all the participants. This is what cycling is all about. What a battle between Vingegaard and Pogacar! can't wait for their rivalry on next year's TDF!

@@alinapopescu872 The only experience I have with Romanians are drunk and pestering lorry drivers.. A training Vingegård would most likely be run down by one of those dysfunctional clowns, making our modern society insecure 🙄 All the best, anyway ✌🏻

It is also practically impossible to win time for the general classification, as the stage is more or less flat. The peloton cannot be beaten, only if they decide not to chase, which ofcourse they will not do if Pogacar tries anything.
