I felt the pain of the old guys being told they don't work fast enough. I'm 21 and I get hassled the same way. It's like, y'all want me to work safe or fast? You can't do both, these are trains.

I find those fellas reprehensible. Folks that I've worked with that talk like that get thorough lecture. It's important to put these videos out there because some folks don't know when to stop.

This is a very good Training opportunity with the videos when you have to put someone in check about their attitude

On the railroad, everyone HAS to get along and work as a team; otherwise, the whole operation falls apart, and nothing gets done. We ALL need to learn how to get along, and cast aside our differences so we can do our jobs well and do them safely. Maybe then the world could be a better place to live.

Can you draw unemployment the whole time you are on furlough?

Well made video. High school and college students would benefit from seeing this too as so many of them don't take professionalism and respect for others seriously.

I loved being told I would be 'watched'. Surprising how safety and operating rules can make being watched so much fun.

I fully support diversity in the workplace, and i fully support UNIONS and organized labor. I have always wanted to work for a locomotive company like Union Pacific. This videos represents close to reality as possible the situations people have to put up with on a daily basis in every job nowadays. the corrupt corporations are stripping our country of these good American jobs. These jobs are getting fewer and fewer! workers need to Unite!

What a shame what we've become. Watched this back to back with a UP safety film from the 50's, we focus on nothing anymore. Too afraid to offend anyone.

Sexual harassment is uncalled for in the workplace which that would lead to dismissal of certain people because women deserves every chance to be part of the team

Im all in with women working in a field where the majority is men you need to have very very low standards in order to joke around with any thing and every thing and always do not show or give any indication that you care about the insults. If you do care bring every one in a room and say what you are feeling and if they can not fix it in a week report it
