It was derby delight at Old Trafford as City came from behind to beat Manchester United 3-1 following a superb display.
In an exciting, end-to-end encounter City spectacularly overturned the hosts’ lead thanks to quickfire goals from Jill Roord and Lauren Hemp before the interval.
Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw extended our lead further in the second half when she was rewarded for her tireless pressing.

Sir Alex Ferguson was asked in 2009 if city could go into a derby as favourites. He said not in my lifetime, that aged pretty well 😂, beat them on the epl, and even women's league

It's actually a good game, the tension is quite high for wsl match (I appreciate the crowd too), love it tho, recent games city's wsl playing not that great, but I'd say they were playing very good on the derby...and in old trafford too,lol.
They couldn't beat City even with a player down lol! Old Trafford really is the new CFA training ground! Imagine if Bunny scored from that through ball by Hemp, it would have been crazyyyy!!!

That's right ladies, show them the blue color of Manchester🎉
City's third goal could have been avoided if the United keeper decided to do a short, inside the foot pass to the open defender, instead of trying to boot the ball past the City player. Was a poor pass from the defender but the keeper is at fault for sure as well. The keeper could have also chipped the ball over the City player's foot, in a pass to herself.
